I have been taking Rhodiola (100mg) for 14 years - long before it was a common known "sensation". Before I started taking this I was sick every other week (caused by life's stress) & since I have only been sick 4x's!!!

Great product at a great price

I didn't know what to expect from Rhodiola. Dr. Oz recommended it for improved energy, but I didn't observe any improvement in my energy levels over the course of a couple of weeks of using it. But that's not the seller's fault. It arrived quickly and was very inexpensive, so I have no complaints about the seller. Maybe Rhodiola works for other people, just not me.

I did not notice a difference in energy level or weight loss or calmness.

I have spent much of my life trying to figure out what meds (prescription) work best for my depression and aspergers, although prescription medications occasionally worked there was always side effects. I recently turned to supplements as a new choice for myself as there have been a lot less reported side effects. I got Rhodiola after researching on my own for many days. Rhodiola works, it boosts mood and energy and takes away that groggy morning feeling. Give it at least two weeks. When that happiness comes around you will be thankful you chose Rhodiola. I am going to try super Rhodiola which is 500 mg once I'm out on the regular Rhodiola. PLEASE TAKE CONSISTENTLY FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE EXPECTING IT TO WORK!

Wonderful! It helps with mental clarity, focus, provides energy and also has a calming effect. It has become a staple. I take it daily with my vitamin now. I recommend anyone try it.

I haven't used this enough to know for certain if it is coincidence. However, if you really need a physical and/or mental/mood boost, this is a good remedy to help to some degree without doing harm to your body or mind. I recommend it for that.
