This sheet is easy to install: just plug in the pin at the grounding of the electrical outlet, and press the button to the other part on the sheet in order to connect it. I use it on my queen size bed, and there are four little doggers sharing the bed, and we all get along fine without even crunching up the sheet. It stays nicely put, without any contraption to achieve this. I have washed it by hand already several times, and with a little washing powder, this is a fast job. It also dries in a few hours, so if I wash it in the morning, I can put it back in the evening.Benefits for me are: my hip and knee joints used to be quite achy and stiff in the morning, and I had to walk for a while before this eased up. Now with the grounding sheet, I get up and feel good right away. I forgot already my misery from before this sheet came to my rescue. I guess all the static electricity which had no way of draining at night now has a way out of my body, and this static accumulation must have been why my joints were in a bad mood in the morning. The first night I slept on this earthing sheet was amazing! I could feel warmth all over my body and I slept very soundly. I have MS, a bad back, spasticity, aches, and pains. When I woke and got out of bed I felt lighter and less spastic in my muscles and most of my back pain was gone! What? I couldn't believe it but it lasted the whole day. The second night it was even better! The inflammation levels have gone way down. I highly recommend this earthing sheet! My husband had to replace our old outlet so the grounding pin would work properly. So happy! I look forward to continued benefits!

I don't normally write negative reviews, however, I feel compelled to write this to (hopefully) save someone else from wasting their hard earned money on this product. I was very disappointed in this product as it did not help myself or my husband in ANY way after 2 months of use. I really wanted to try it as I feel grounding/earthing, when done outside, has been very beneficial for me. I chose to purchase this mat as I live in a climate that prohibits me from earthing year round, so this seemed to be a good option. Unfortunately, I was incorrect as I saw no improvements in pain reduction, quality of sleep or anything else for that matter. After talking about it, my husband and I agreed that neither of us felt any benefit from this mat and took it off our bed.

I didn’t notice any difference in sleep but the product seemed to be good.

Ive only had one night with the product thus far so Ill keep my thoughts quiet about how well it functions because I could be imagining things.Lets just say my first night of sleep was but that could be attributed to other things. So ill followup in about 2 weeks.Im adding this review early because the sheet came with 4 (four) sheet clamps, sheet grippers or sheet holders and I had to search youtube for these key words to figure out how to use it. Each clamp should clamp each of the 4 corners of this sheet to the adjacent corners of the sheet under it. Pictures attached (i turned the clamp around in one pic so that you can see the how it grips the sheet. But the smooth sides should both be facing down as in the other pic. Search for title "how to apply sheet grippers" if you need a walkthrough. It took me about 5 minutes to get 2 of these clamps installed.

Thickness is similar to a normal sheet. 60" wide covers the top of the queen mattress but will not drape over the sides. I tested the resistance and the entire sheet registers around 100kOhms so it is conductive. The wire connecting the sheet to a grounded plug is very long. I got a grounded sheet to see if it would help me sleep better. It didn't make difference, but this just means that grounding oneself in my case didn't help my sleep. The sheet does earth ground one and it is a very good price compared to the others.

the sheet is just that, A SHEET. it does not have elastic to fit on your mattress. your suppose to lay on it. So my husband has 6 bungee cords holding the sheet on top of the mattress so it does not bunch up around him. I totally dont get why this is not offered according to the size of mattress you are sleeping on. Makes no sense to me. If it works I wouldnt know it because I cant sleep on bungee cords.

I was a little leery about buying a grounding device wasn't real sure if it would actually work and it does I was in a motorcycle accident in 2011 and it works very well to relieve my pain and I also sleep really well at night I also bought the pillow I would definitely recommend purchasing these items
