I had the product for a couple months and so far no issue the product. It does take a while to cool bottled drinks. It’s not cold enough to keep ice cream frozen. With said, runs great and place in between the seats on my SUV.

Never cooled at all. No matter what source of current you had it connected up to it NEVER worked.

Wanted to really like this but it's just not working for me ..Its ok but It does not stay cold enough at the bottom or it freezes up at the top ... my older cooler I have had for 20 years and still works more evenly than this one does ,dont think I will buy another one with the cooler in the top lid ... but I can say it is really god at keeping things warm so I'll just use it for that ...UPDATE : April 24 th 2021..The cord that plugs into the cooler is now melted and I'm afraid to use it anymore so it's a flower pot now useless...

I plugged it in next to the television. Had to move it to the garage it was so noisy. Seems to be warming up as advertised but the noise is unbearable. My guess is there's something wrong with it. Ridiculously loudUpdate: After reading all of the reviews, I believe the loud motor noise may be an issue with this unit and not indicative of all of them. I contacted Amazon and they are sending me a new one to possibly correct the issue . The heat feature on the one I have works well, so when the new one comes I will test and adjust the review accordingly.Update #2: After receiving the replacement unit, I am much happier. The motor is super quiet and now works as described. We have used the heater feature the most, which works very well. I have not used the cooler feature much at all yet, but I will certainly give it a try and report back. Thank you Amazon for fixing the issue so quickly. On my way to ship back the bad one.

We use this item when we travel and it makes it easy to transport from the car to the hotel, because it is on wheels and has a handle. The temperature is great. Folks need to remember it can only cool 30 degrees cooler than the surroundings, so get it started in an air conditioned house and then maintain it in an air conditioned car or hotel. The only thing I wish it included was a wire rack so that items can be stacked inside. We may find one and use it. Otherwise, the size and utility are great for the price.

I bought this for my husband who is a truck driver so that he could keep items cold while on the road. On average he used it about 5 days a week. It worked fine in the beginning, but did not even last a year. It completely died on him about 8 months after we purchased it so we had to throw away. It's probably fine for occasional use on a camping trip or short road trip, but not for longer periods of use. We previously purchased a Wagan brand (which was less expensive than the Rockpals) and it worked great. It lasted almost 3 years of heavy use, so we have ended up purchasing another Wagan.

I love this fridge , it works well for outdoor , cause I love hanging out with friends and we going to fishing ... We always want cool drink , let's why we always get ice from gas station and have the drink on the ice , while we fishing .. but now we have this car fridge , just easy connect to car and we can get cool drink anytime ...The most impressive part is the design of the wheels , it just like a suitcase portable for carry and easy to access.. will recommend for out door such as camping and fish...

I wouldn’t have bought this item had I known that it wouldn’t keep anything cool in my vehicle.It barely keeps 1 bottle of water lukewarm throughout my work day.Not very impressed by the ice chest.
