This product saved my dog's life. She was unable to take any of the other medications or eat any of the prescription food for urinary issues. This product controlled her urinary issues for many years without fail. The fact that there was no warning as to the discontinuation and scrambling to find a suitable replacement has been singularly one of the most difficult tasks to accomplish, which has not yet been achieved.

This product works! And without sugar, it does so safely. I personally take cranberry supplements to prevent UTIs and have for decades (and no more UTIs!), so when my dog Tifa was diagnosed with Cushing's and got repeated UTIs (Cushing's compromises the immune system) that wouldn't go away, I asked the vets about cranberry. My vet's concern was if the cranberry would impact Ph and give her stones. The internal med specialist was concerned about sugar that many cranberry supplement include. This product has no sugar and sufficient cranberry to be effective. I called the manufacturer and they advised full dose once a day, not split. Since she has been taking this product, absolutely no UTIs!! I test her urine Ph 1-2 times/week -- my perfect for a dog and no change with this product. Compared to the cost of testing and treating UTIs..... It's a great bargain!! So happy!

This cranberry extract was recommended by our vet to treat frequent urinary tract infections in our two French bulldogs. Symptoms of UTI that manifested in my dogs include:1) urinary incontinence/peeing in bed or uncontrollable urges to go pee2) having to squat/lift multiple times during a walk without producing more urine after the first attempt3) extremely smelly urineOur vet recommended that we take these in addition to PPA. The combination is pretty effective. This cranberry extract costs much less here than at the vent -- about 50% less.

My 7 year old Shih Tzu had bladder stone surgery and have been on prescribed diet ever since. She had UTI twice within 6 months after the surgery. My vet suggested to give this a try. I started given it to my dog about 18 months ago, she has no issues with her UT ever since. I can't say it will work on your dog but it did for me so I wish you and your love one the best. My vet recommended this supplement for my small dog who has had frequent urinary tract infections. My dog has been using this for about a year and the infections have been less frequent.
