Great for Insomniacs
This stuff works great for an awesome night of sleep. I have also found An Mien Pian to work as well, but sometimes it doesn't if you take it to long. Suan Zao Ren Tang on the otherhand seems to put the mind at ease longer so that you don't have all those racing thoughts running thru your head when you wake up to tinkle at 12:30am. I have spent hundreds of dollars on sleep supplements and I have tried just about every supplement there is for sleep - Micro doses of melatonin, L-theanine, glycine, tryptophan, GABA, Pharma Gaba, Relora, Lemon Balm, etc.. I have taken these in stacks based on the Reddit Insomnia participants as well GRC website. They all seem to work for 1-2 nights and then never again, but also really screw you up physically or mentally.

Wonderful Sleep!
I am battling Lyme and one of the problems that Lyme patients have is insomnia. Suan Zao Ren Tang tablets work beautifully and with no grogginess the next morning! I love the fact that the tablets are small and that each one has a Plum Flower carved into it. I take 4 tablets and read for a half an hour to an hour until I become sleepy.

I love this product
I love this product, it has helped me so much with my sleep problems. That said, BE AWARE THAT THESE ARE NOT SUGAR COATED. I have ordered this product for years and the pills have always been sugar coated, so I just assumed that this is how this product was made. I had to return my last order, as I cannot take pills that are not coated, especially right before bedtime.

Works but pricey as herb medicine
I have insomnia for years, tried everything you name it. This one worked after a week. I now only took 4 pills once in a day, two hours before bedtime. It is expensive, one bottle $17 only last one week, if you take it according instruction. That’s why I gave 4 stars. I hope it will continue work on me.

Helps with my pre menopausal symptoms, night sweats and trouble sleeping. Helps reduce irratiablity and anxiety. Recommended by my acupuncturist.
