Cool Movie, filmed in Hawaii. Cool movie plot, the surfing is awesome especially having real pros out there. Feel good movie all around! Opening scene when she's running on the beach early morning awesome!

I refuse to explicitly state the reasons I bought this movie, but Orlando Bloom will back me up. Beyond that, there’s actually a pretty good story here. And if you like the “feel good” rom coms that Hollywood seems to no longer like to make because Michael Bay is too busy swinging his CGI enhanced genitalia around...well then buckle up because this little flick is going to take you for a ride. I wish they made more like them. I’d happily be an extra on the sequel if anyone from the studio is reading. But I’ll have to check with my wife first.

Not sure when this item was purchased!? Obviously blue Crush is a classic. Fun movie to rewatch!

It's great to finally see a film where surfing isn't potrayed as the perfect lifestyle and an easy sport. What's great about this film is that it shows that not everything is perfect in the world. Although Annmarie's life might seem great from the outside, I bet that bringing up a rebellious sister and struggling with near poverty is no cup of tea. The photography in this movie is amazing, the way that it switches from over the water to under the water. The background of Hawaii is beautiful, and the Director has managed to capture the dangerous reality of surfing despite all of these factors. A must-see movie: captures the harsh reality of life with a feel-good ending!
