I almost purchased a similar set at a local store, but it required picking up at a warehouse. Plus the price was significantly higher. I am pleasantly surprised that these were almost exactly the same and of excellent quality and reasonably priced. I replaced hard metal round stools with these chairs which are very comfortable. They are counter height and even with the back on the chair they don't rise up over the sight line of the counter by much. I wanted that clean line along the counter. The footprint is a bit wider than the chair which lends to stability over my old metal industrial stools. It's a small thing, but the footrest is an added comfort. My only problem is the fact that I need 3 total and these are sold in sets of two. So I will probably buy another set and find a place for the 4th stool! I can't speak for longevity, of course, but with care, these should last a long time. The stitching on the upholstered area seems sturdy. I recommend you take care when assembling to not strip the metal screw when starting it into the threads. I used the screwdriver gently to get it set properly and square to the hole before continuing the turns. If you force it and the screw isn't starting properly the threading will strip. I did this on another piece of outdoor furniture and it was hard to finish the assembly. One bad apple..... Anyway, lesson learned and hope your assembly is smooth. The instructions are easy to understand and it doesn't take long to get the legs and tops assembled.

We have had these for awhile now and they have held up so well! Still comfy, solid and sturdy. No scratching our new floors either.We wanted comfort and something that could sturdily support people up to 250 pounds. We don't want our friends to be afraid to use these. These fit the bill.Easy assembly and a nice look in our new kitchen.

I ordered these bar stools a few of weeks ago and have been very pleased with them thus far. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. The instructions were easy to follow and I easily assembled them myself. The seats clean up easily with a damp cloth and are holding up well. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a comfortable, sturdy, affordable bar stool.

These bar stools are great and the perfect height! They are easy to wipe down which was a must for me. Easy assembly, I did put felt pads on the bottom of them. Very happy with the comfort and height of the back.

I've tried multiple counter-height stools and they never meet the mark for comfort or support... until now. These faux-leather barstools exceeded expectations. They are supportive and sturdy, no worries about adults feeling too big for them or uncomfortable in them. They are great quality but not bulky. The details in the stitching are beautiful and the material is rich - looks like real leather rather than plastic or vinyl. Super easy to clean and add a beautiful touch to our kitchen. Would buy again and again.
