Works great
Works great but takes some time to figure out. The tools have good build quality, operate smoothly and reliable. The auto taper takes some practice but once you get it you will be bummed out when you run out of joints to tape.

Wonderful tools
This is exactly what I needed for faster more efficient work. I even had a problem with a small piece after a couple months of use and the seller replaced with no questions asked!

I have two full sets of Level 5 tool for my construction company including the bazookas and mud shots. Level 5 taping tools are very high quality and work exceptionally well if you know how to run auto-tape tools. Drywall finishing is a skilled trade and just because you buy a set of tools doesn’t mean that automatically you know how to operate them. If you are an experienced finisher you will love Level 5 for build quality, value, and customer service. Level 5 is based in Kansas City and is a family run business. They have exceptional customer service and resolve issues immediately. My rep is Juan and he has even met me on several occasions at the warehouse after hours and on Saturday & Sundays to get me blades, extension handles, etc for me to be able to get my crews the things they need to my jobs done. I can’t say enough great things about Level 5, they really make fine tools and take care of me!!!!

NOT SATISFIED!
I bought this with the high expectations of it making the work easier, taper was not working correctly, was missing all the mud blades , go for refund and they gave me the worst run around for the money they tried to charge me 1700$ restocking fee .Amazon refunded my money. Definitely not satisfied with this company

To heavy to handle even with light compound mud
All tools are good but you really need to have somebody with strength to handle it
