Plantronics M90 Shiny Black Bluetooth Headset

If you're looking for a budget-friendly bluetooth headset, look no further than the M90. This is probably the best bluetooth headset I've ever used. It hits all the marks: easy to pair/use, extremely comfortable, great audio quality, good range, and substantial battery life.It comes ready to pair out of the box, and can be paired with two devices simultaneously. The in-ear pad is flexible and durable, and together with the over-the-ear plastic piece are firm enough to hold it to your ear but soft enough to not cause any discomfort, even after many hours of wear. (In fact, it's so comfortable that if I'm not listening to anything through it for some time, I even forget that I'm wearing it!)The audio is crisp and clear, and I'm told from people I've conversed with that the noise-reduction is so good they don't even notice I'm using a headset. In stark contrast to other bluetooth headsets that I've tried which struggle between pocket and ear, the M90's range is large enough that I can leave my phone charging on my desk, and still be listening/talking while walking around the office (for example, to the other side of the room to grab something from the printer).But my favorite parts of this are the media capability and battery life: The headset includes easy buttons for volume and media playback controls (play/pause/forward/back) which are incredibly convenient -- no more reaching for my phone just to advance to the next podcast episode, for example. Lastly, the battery life is truly like nothing I've ever seen in a headset this light. It is advertised as having 11 hours of talk time; and it delivers just that. I'm constantly listening to podcasts and audiobooks through this headset everyday at work, during which it consistently gives about 10+ hours of battery life, more than enough time to include the work shift and the commutes to and from. (I've been using it for almost a month and have not noticed any decrease in battery capacity so far.)In summary, this is a bluetooth headset which is easily worth twice its asking price and outclasses its competition by leaps and bounds.

This is my fourth bluetooth earpiece in about two years and by far the best. Super long battery life of about 11 hours (give or take), excellent sound quality, and great functionality. I bought it refurbished for about $34. Not a bad price, really. When I got it it had to be reset (this is accomplished by setting your language, if I recall correctly), because it wouldn't connect immediately with my iPhone 5s. Once I reset it, however, it connected almost immediately. It's been smooth sailing ever since. This item is highly recommended.

I bought this, 'Used - Very Good' almost 2 years ago, Spring 2021, expecting the old M70 I had to die. That just happened now, March 2023. These things last. I charged this one up, connected it, sounds good...BUT the VOLUME UP/DOWN and PAUSE/PLAY pair of buttons DO NOT WORK.Now I know why the vendor sold the headset: it's broken.And it's been so long since I bought it, I can't return it.So I will just warn that, DigtzTechDeals, don't buy from them.

Functionality is good.... Was sad my Jawbone died and the company is out... was a great product. This one works, but the range is not quite as good and occasionally drops to tell me "no phone is connected". My only real complaint is that for my ear, it is HORRIBLY uncomfortable. Plantronics could take a clue from the physical design of the jawbone earpiece and its variety of sizes in the gel slip over cover. I ended up using "Apoxy" to mold up a little and build up the earpiece diameter a tad and then used the older plantronics ear bud cover for a much better and more comfortable fit.

Paired up with my iPhone with no issues. Good call quality, but I have 2 problems with this device:1) I planned on wearing it with the ear hoop, but with the way it is designed the device sticks out too far from my face with the ear hoop on. Using it with the included ear piece (without the hoop) gets uncomfortable after about 20 minutes.2) It supposedly supports a connection to 2 devices simultaneously. I used my previous bluetooth headpiece to connect both to my Mac computer and my iPhone while at work, and when it broke I was looking for a replacement that would do the same thing. When I set it up I was having difficulty keeping both my Mac and iPhone connected, so I called Plantronics tech support. Per tech support, this device will only support simultaneous connection to two PHONES, not a phone and a computer. What??!!! My last bluetooth headpiece connected to both fine.Will probably send it back.

I have purchased 3 of these over the last few years. I don't require a lot of bells and whistles, and this is the best combo of long battery life in a small, lightweight package. My first one went through the washing machine and still worked once it dried out! I then proceeded to lose it a few weeks later. The second one I use daily, I've had it for over a year. The third I just purchased for a family member.Pros: 11 hr battery life, very light weight in the ear (almost like nothing is there), clear sound, people on the other end say I'm loud and clear. It charges fast and I've never had any connection issues between the phone and the device.Cons: None that matter to me. The only issue I've ever had is that it's tiny and easily lost or forgotten in a pocket, which is my own fault.
