Please understand that I bought this for home defense, as you are presumably doing too. Having said that, I will not take this light to the range and put 500 rounds through it because I wont need it at the range. The light comes off with the touch of two buttons, so its is easy on and off. When I am done at the range I will put the light back on the gun as I put it in the gun safe. Some people complain that it came off or broke after two hundred rounds. That made me feel great about buying this $22 light because the only time I will fire this gun with the light on it is when someone is invading my home. So...… if 200 rounds can go through before the light breaks then great....... because I won't be putting two hundred rounds through a home invader. Great value; really bright.

So I am updating my Original review and rating on this light. The first one had a failure and was replaced by the seller under warranty. The replacement has far surpassed my expectations. Light is waterproof, tested this leaving it in a container of water for 15 minutes and it works perfectly. I really like the touch button as opposed to the sliding switch my other lights have as it helps with the light being turned on accidentally. The buttons are easy to find and activate. This light is bright. Seems much brighter than some of my other 250 Lumens lights. Construction seems solid and I like the large release tabs. Carrying a full size pistol is already a large setup but being able to quickly remove the light and chose a slimmer holster is great. I tested this one through 250 rounds of 9MM and 500 rounds on an AR15 and no issues at all.

Fits great on a G22 gen4 , won't go in far enough to fit a s and w three eighty ez . I'm sure with some mods to the light it would fit. A little sloppy on a mlok rail ( also Amazon bought) but really bright for a small light. On/off on the left and strobe/constant on the right. Nice piece honestly. It stays in place with a tug and shake test on the rail.

Well..I was sad when it wouldn't slide onto my FN Herstal FNP .40. Upon checking out where it hit (top of the trigger guard) causing it not to slide on, I was able to grind a wedge shape into the metal to allow it to slide on. Which it easily slides on and locks into place, as well as easily comes off, no tools needed for that operation. Like some others in this review section, I really don't care if the light get's jolted around, I really doubt that it will matter when only using it for a single mag or two for home defense, but at the same time it seems pretty solid and well built, sturdy on the frame; It's not a laser light for precision, it is just used to illuminate your target field. The left side button turns it on/off and the right side button changes the mode between solid and flashing. I think the light is definitely brighter than 250 lumens; I did a night time test and it's absolutely a perfect, blinding, light for home defense. If you're epileptic, please don't use the flashing mode in an emergency situation.

This is a solid full frame pistol light. Doesnt fit my subcompacts but i didnt think it would. Fits a sd9ve very nicely. It is very bright with a good tight beam. The reflector is of good quality. Its a little thrower. I dont believe its 250 lumens its brighter than my 300 lumen light by a wide margin. Maybe closer to 350 to 400 lumens. You wont be disappointed. It is made if aluminum and is very rugged looking. I actually scratched it messing around with a different mount and the scratches wiped away.. is this thing been melonite coated?

I love the rapid attach feature of the rail clip but 2 things I do not like....1) having to remove and recharge the battery vs being able to just plug in the light itself to recharge and 2) it is just a bit too long so it does not fit a Beretta PX4 Storm full size. (ok, it kinda does but the rail clip is not fully secured, so it will not shake off but if you pull directly on the light it comes right off). It does however fit the M&P perfectly (full size 2010 model)

This is an awesome tactical light for your pistol and the price is killer!! It locks on with ease and isn’t loose at all on my IWI Jericho 9mm. The buttons have tactile response. The strobe is its best feature and would debilitate any adversary. It is extremely bright...brighter than I thought it would be. It is compact enough that it doesn’t extend beyond the barrel. It is super easy to put on and take off and fits very securely. I keep it on my gun at home when I am not carrying outside the house. It’s so easy to take off...not need for screw drivers. You can’t go wrong with this light. I highly recommend it!!
