All of the rooms in my house have celling fans. All but one are operated by a switch on a wall. The one I wanted to turn on (and couldn't) had a remote control. I looked for the remote for about an hour, then looked it up online, then showed it to my dog, who immediately went to her toy box and brought it to me... without a battery. I believe any thing that requires batteries should require the size of batteries I already own, as opposed to the battery this particular remote consumed. But I was going to _owes anyway, so I looked at their battery rack and saw the price for one single battery. Then I went home and looked it up on Amazon, and thought I would have 4 spares, spend the same money, and maybe feel better about my ability practice delayed gratification. Less than 24 hours later, I had 5 batteries and a working ceiling fan. Then I hot-glue-gunned thumbtacks on the remote, and the dog leaves it alone.

So far, so good
We have a remote control ceiling fan that needed new batteries. I looked everywhere and could not find this size. Hence, Amazon! These fit perfectly in the remote and they have lasted well. I have a “hot/cold” problem….my body has its own “personal summers” so, for no reason, I feel like I’ve been set on fire! I reach for the remote and click on the fan….which was off because only a few minutes ago, I was COLD! Yes, I know exactly what is going on……menopause is the pits!
