Dough enhancer for making bread
It really works. The bread rise is 50% higher. It stays fresh longer and is more tender than without it. I was using Fleishmans Active Yeast w dough enhancer but this is even better. I use a bread machine so this is such a help. I’m impressed

Excellent quality dough enhancer!
This dough enhancer works amazing! It doesn't need nearly as much as other dough enhancers plus is gluten free for baking gluten free products. No strange ingredients! Easy to use, bread dough has excellent rise and bread is soft with excellent texture 😋

Excellent product for light, airy whole-wheat bread
I have used it 4 times now with great results. I have found my dough has to be fairly wet with whole wheat flour to rise well, and this product gives me the texture I was hoping for -- the light, airy texture I like in sliced store-bought sandwich bread. I used slightly more than the label said. The label says 1/4 teaspoon per cup of whole grain flour -- and I am using 1/4 well-rounded teaspoon instead. Since I like very light bread, I have not been making 100% whole wheat bread. Instead I have found this to be the perfect approach: I have been making bread with only 2/3 whole wheat flour, 1/3 white bread flour, 1-1/2 tablespoons of vital wheat gluten, and this Dough Enhancer product. This is giving me very light and airy sliced bread, like store-bought sliced bread, which is perfect for sandwiches. (Just using the vital wheat gluten alone did not give me the light airy texture I am getting now with this product.) With this product, my bread is now rising very high. Definitely recommended.

Good for Gluten Free bread
Making gluten-free bread is much less forgiving than regular bread and you will often end up with a sunken or thick loaf instead of a nice, airy one. Some sort of dough enhancer will help give you better results. Many dough enhancer products on the market are not "vegan" (for those who want to avoid animal products) but the one by Authentic Foods is (they also carry an excellent garfavabean flour that is not bitter like some are). However, you can also get as good, or slightly better, results using apple cider vinegar in place of the dough enhancer - substitute same measurements (for example, 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar for 1 tsp dough enhancer). Still, this is a good product and I recommend it - especially for those who want to avoid using vinegars.

Great for homemade bread!
I received a bread machine for Christmas and love making homemade bread. However, it wasn't as soft and "fluffy" as the store bought bread we were used to. After doing some online research, I decided to give this stuff a try. It works great!! I wish I could find it in the store, but I have no idea where I would find something like this locally, so I'll continue to get it here!

Amazing results
I have been making bread for 20 years. I wasn't aware that this product was available. It is just amazing. My bread was good before, but now it is so much better. It is lighter in texture and the rising time was less. I will continue to use and I highly recommend for all yeast bread.

Breads have a longer shelf life
Homemade wheat & sourdough bread last 2 weeks better than before. I mean since no preservatives used the breads last 2 more weeks before molding.

Meh, don't bother.
It was ok, but I wouldn't recommend it to others. I was looking for something to make the dough raise better and lighter.

Works well . Arrived on time. Much more expensive than some I found locally. Maybe more expensive as it is gluten free. When using whole wheat the gluten is needed to help bread rise higher
