I've had warts on my hands for years and tried many salicylic acid treatments, and all would burn off all my skin but leave the wart behind. I don't use this product as directed. Don't bother with cotton swabs unless you absolutely can't apply it directly with the dropper. I apply it multiple times throughout the day.It does not burn the skin off like usual wart treatments. But I used it for months, and at some point the wart gets more inflamed and bigger, then it starts shrinking and eventually goes away. No clue how it works, but it does, albeit slowly.

I have had a plantars wart on the bottom of my foot for over two years. I have tried many methods to remove it to no avail. I also love how it absorbs into the skin of the affected area and it doesn't dry up and flake off, but most importantly it doesn't burn! I have only been using this product for a few days and I can already see and feel a difference in the size and appearance of the wart. This is definitely my go to wart remover method from now on!
