Il libro ha una prima parte ricco di testimonianze della figlia di do Shin so sulla loro vita ed è molto interessante. Poi parte la spiegazione delle tecniche che e molto simile alla sua controparte datata, che in entrambe i casi sono un po', ovviamente, evanescenti... comunque buon libro

Das ich dieses Buch gefunden habe und du es hergegeben hast, war fantastisch.Ich konnte meinem Mann damit eine Riesenfreude machen. Und in so einem guten Zustand, obwohl älter als 50 Jahre ! Top! Vielen Dank.
