IT works I seen it on a health program called food unwrapped . So if you want to bulk up try it . I have been taking it for one year. I only use it twice a week. If I take it ever day I would be to hench .

Ecdysterone
Only been having these for about 1 1/2 weeks so a bit early to tell a difference yet but saying that, there is certainly a feeling that something is working. My arms seem firmer and fuller this morning,after the weekend rest period, so i'm hopeful that "Ecdysterone" is having an effect. I will update in about a month to six weeks to see what difference it is making.

So, jetzt muss ich mir mal Luft machen...Wenn ihr schon ein Produkt schlecht bewertet, solltet ihr euch erstmal über die Wirkungsweise informieren!!!!!!Das ist kein Testosteron!!!! Es verbessert lediglich die Eiweißaufnahme in den Muskelzellen, und sorgt somit für ein besseres Muskelwachstum.Und wenn ihr euch ernährt wie ein Spatz, kann das auch nichts werden!!!!Richtig essen solltet ihr schon...Und wer sich über ein Produkt richtig informiert ist klar im Vorteil...Pro 20kg Körpermasse sollte man eine Kapsel nehmen um ein ideales Wachstumspotenzial zu erreichen.Also, hört auf rum zu heulen, und testet es erstmal richtig....Weil das Zeug bringt was...Nur sollte man nach 6 Wochen eine Pause machen...

When it comes to ecedysterone, studies found are inconclusive. This is a plant steroid, which cannot be compared to human steroids.I personally found the product helpful for a faster and better muscle recovery. But No to little increase in size, strength or fat loss.So keep in mind to, not expect miracles.Overall, it’s a great product, but grossly exaggerated.Positive: Less muscle soreness. Super fürs Aufbauen
Kp, aber ich wog vor nem Monat 90 und jetzt 95. meine Ernährung ist nicht die beste, aber genau deswegen nehme ich dieses Produkt, damit das Eiweiß besser aufgenommen wird. Man nimmt definitiv schneller an Muskelmasse zu und ich habe noch kein Nachteil entdeckt.
