Pretty, but since it's a UK product, it's in liters, not quarts
A very pretty bowl that pairs well with the new country roses line of products. The bowl has scalloped sides, so not really a very good mixing bowl. Though real Royal Albert, this is made in Indonesia. It looks great and the images are crisp, straight and not blurry. This bowl has its capacity rated in liters, not quarts as stated in the description...it can become obvious the larger the bowl. It seems to be a good size for serving fruit, pasta or potato salads for a small crowd. If you order this as a gift, leave yourself spare time and inspect the bowl; it seems hit or miss when ordering Royal Albert through Amazon if any cushioning is added to buffer any bumps along the way. I received a bag of sharp, shattered china shards on an earlier order of the "3 qt" model.

Great product, but a lot of work before you can use it :(
I own numerous Royal Albert items and had to have this. The bowl is very bright, like the pictures, and is thicker so it doesn't feel like it will break easily. It is adorable in person. My only complaint is the placement/gluing of the tags on it. There was a giant cardboard tag GLUED to the middle of the bowl with a chunk of hardened glue the size of a marble. No exaggeration, it took 10 minutes of scraping at the giant glue blob with a butter knife to get it off, then I had to scrub off the reside with a rough sponge for another several minutes. After all of that, I then noticed there was a big sticker on the side of the bowl, and the glue from that was relentless too. My arm is tired, but at least the bowl is usable now.

Pretty Nice Bowl
When I broke my mother's bowl that I had for years, I was devastated. I took a chance on purchasing this one and I really like it's whimsical look. It fits in my little victorian kitchen and makes me smile when I see it.

It's a nice bowl but it's a bit smaller than advertised
It's a nice bowl but it's a bit smaller than advertised. It's supposed to be 2 quarts (1.9 L) but it's only 1.5 L.

Pretty bowl
Beautiful pattern on this bowl! I bought a couple to give as Christmas gifts. Most people can always use an extra mixing bowl. I like that this one can go in the microwave. I may also buy a couple of the coordinating baking accessories, they are all so pretty.

Blue, not turquoise
The bowl is blue, not the neon turquoise in the picture. I knew this product would be blue when I ordered it because I have other products in this pattern. But if you're just going by the picture and not a Royal Albert buff, you'll be disappointed that the color doesn't match the picture. I advise the sellers to revise the photos in their listing to accurately reflect the hue of this product.A brand like Royal Albert should have high marketing standards.

Much prettier in person :)
Beautiful and perfect in every way. Colors are much-much softer in person which is even more glorious than the odd hot pink color shown in the picture.
