HAC-003 Battery Replacement Kit for Nintendo Switch 2017 Game Console HAC-001 Internal Battery Repair Tool Kit

Very easy install for me, but if you never take stuff apart, find someone who can.It took 30 min (being very careful and attempting not to mess anything up). Replacement was a success and my son is happy his switch no longer dies when the battery shows 30% of charge left.

Followed a video on YouTube on how to fix it and the kit was perfect! Only complaint is I wish it came with adhesive. Other than that, it was a great replacement! I was going to be charged $200 to get it fixed. Glad someone is selling the battery.

Tough to replace the old one but this has worked fine and I think it’s been a year or so, I’m just getting around to the review because I didn’t see the notice before to complete it**update** it’s been about a year and suddenly it’s starting to not hold a charge today it said 40 something percent and would redline then go dead

Every thing you need and a battery.

This replacement battery worked for a couple months before I started to notice that it was discharging rapidly. After 6 months I get about 20 minutes of use on battery and about an hour of use plugged in before the battery is fully depleted and needs a recharge. I contacted the seller for a replacement and never got a reply.Go with the higher priced replacement battery - this one isn’t worth the risk.

Kit was very good with directions. The problem came when it was time to connect the battery to the switch. The cable has to folded over, that is when the battery lead popped out of the battery pack. (First picture is the battery from the kit the second is the original switch battery)
