It's an OEM Ford Motorcraft transmission filter. It fit perfectly in my '03 Ford E150 van transmission and is exactly like the OEM filter that I took out.

Not sure why it's called a kit it only has the filter, But the filter is exactly as you'd get from the ford dealership even sealed in its motocraft bag
