In my initial review a few months ago I gave this product five stars...I even bought a second packhaving written the following review thoroughly recommending it :- "Marvelous for tidying up around the house...so far I've stuck an electrical extension block to a skirting board and my Hive room monitor to a plastered wall...a week in both seem to be secure in place and more aesthetically pleasing than before when they were respectively horizontally led upon the carpet and across some books in a shelving unit".Three months on and none of them is still holding to the wall - either the glue remains on the wall or in one case the item BUT the item is on the floor in every case... Electrical socket extenders, a SkyQ room extender, a picture frame. The product, over time, is as useful as a chocolate teapot... I'm trying again on one piece using Gorilla Glue to secure the slider plate to the plastic block, but I'm not holding much hope as I'm sure the holding piece will eventually lose adhesion to the wall and I'm not going to put a permanent glue onto that - defeats the object

..Then started pulling away, with the sticky surface stretching between the plug and one of the fixing plates. I used two plates for a 6 way power strip with a laptop adaptor, lightweight usb adaptor, Philips hue lamp plug, and 3 standard plugs, the cables of which were attached to the underside of the table meaning the actual weight hanging from the two plates was minimal.2 stars because they were sturdy while they lasted for 7 months and were easy to install and maybe an inverted installation isn't for everyone.

I love how this simple little thing made my household so much neater. I was sick of cables and extension leads hanging and sliding around everywhere. Now all my plugs are neat and stable, and the cables can be neatly hidden behind the shelves and cupboards. Great stuff!

Items appeared sturdy and were easy to install. Unfortunately both the mounts I used failed after a week or so after the adhesive separated from the plastic.

These strips work a treat they are sturdy and strong and I use them in my shed to hold up a four gang extension lead with no difficulty whatsoever

Great Idea......

The adhesive isn't as strong as I hoped it fell off in fact all four fell off. Could be a defect?

Do what they're meant to do so can't complain. Happy with my purchase.
