Just give it some time and you will get plenty of berries! They are much bigger than I thought.

Bought a package I live in Montana figured great I won't have to buy from the pickers anymore I got 4 seeds out of entire package to start they never did well at all started them inside they never got bigger then 2inches tall they finally died off this spring I was using the same planter box for sweet basil up popped the 4 huckleberry plants now there growing stronger then last yr considerable difference then last year they seam more hearty this yr time will tell did some reading they say its best if they stay inside the first 2 yrs so hopefully they take well and can go outside next spring but for the price to get 30 or 50 seeds and only seeds started all together not a good buy

I started an indoor experiment to get seedlings started to grow for a year to be ready for transplant next summer. I planted strawberry, blackberry and huckleberry. After some hiccups on my end, the huckleberries had to be replanted and these seeds sprouted in six days! I am sooo happy! Out of sixteen pots, I have nine seedlings so far!
