It's a good product, runner is good quality as well as straps.

Great product
This is a great product for athletes. My daughter has a love hate relationship with it. But when I got it, it looked like there was mold on it.

Meh...
The overall product is relatively average. The belt doesn't really fit slender body types, and the ankle cuffs do not fit well on the shoe. As for the band, while it does apply some pressure, it is no where near the advertised 50 pounds. Perhaps 25 per leg. If you are looking for an average workout, then I wholly recommend this product. But if you are looking to improve at a steady rate, spend the extra money and don't buy an off brand.

Not as pictured!
These ankle cuffs are nothing like the ones pictured on the model. I can hardly get the strap up to my ankle because the heel strap is so short! Which in turn leaves me little room to get it around to fasten. The model in the picture has is way above her ankle with a long heel strap. It is not comfortable at all this low on my ankle bone.
