Think compressed sawdust, and if you have a good imagination, there's a hint of apple & cinnamon. Not bad; just not good. Essentially you'd have to be in a survival situation to want to eat this bar. And you will need plenty of water. Like I said, sawdust. Cholesterol-free, also nearly flavor-free. Take these puppies out for a test run and I believe you are going to have some unhappy campers. This product is made by Mayday. 'Nuff sed. Seller should post ingredient panel & nutritional information. Review: Good stuff - Very good for when needing calories in a pinch. Would buy these again to keep in my stockpile. I would recommend.

Good stuff
Very good for when needing calories in a pinch. Would buy these again to keep in my stockpile. I would recommend.
