Yes, the buttons aren’t in English but it’s quite intuitive- left to right, three buttons- temperature, dispense, and unlock. It’s very attractive, heats up fast. I fell in love with a similar model at the Park Hyatt in Tokyo that was in our room and have been looking for the past decade for a similar small water heater- perfect for tea for two.

Looks great and feels is well assembled. Unique design, only down side is the capacity is a bit small, hope they come out with a bigger one.

As soon as I connected to the power, it’s broken with a sudden loud noise, sounds dangerous too. It seems there are something wrong with the electric.I created a return at my own cost at $78. Not worth it!

I was so excited open this package. When I open it there are lot of finger marks on the cap. And there still have water in the pot. I really disappointed!

It’s great for one person usage as the water tank is not big. Love the look of this and it’s very easy to operate.

容量も核家族にわピッタリ。以前までわ、ケトルを使用していたがその都度お湯を沸かす必要もなくなり、見た目わもちろん温度調整、そそぐのにも2段階あり満足です！ミルクを作るのにも適してると思います！！

ウォーターサーバーをやめるにあたり、こちらを購入しました。お湯が沸くのがはやくて使いやすいです。カルキ抜きの機能がついていたらなお良いかなぁと思います。

子供のミルク作り用に購入しました。７０℃で保温できること、見た目が「ザ・白物家電」でないことがポイントでした。７０℃保温は確かにすぐにミルクを作るのに適しているのですが、電源を抜いて移動してまた電源を刺すと、再度沸騰させてしまうため、知らずに注ぐと激アツのミルクができてしまうのが難点。再沸騰せず保温できるモードがあれば良かったと思います。ゆっくり注ぐモードは計量しながら注ぐのにちょうど良かったです。現在半年使用していますが、耐久性に問題は感じません。
