Effective and visible results
I use this body cream daily after showering, and I can already see a visible result. The texture is very pleasant—it's lightweight and not oily at all. It absorbs quickly; I just wait a short moment before getting dressed, and there is no sticky residue. So far, it really works. I’ll continue using it and will update my review later.

Keratosis Pilaris Destroyer
Like many humans out there, I suffer from Keratisos Pilaris. The back of my thighs get it the worst followed by my upper arms. I decided I was finally tired of it even though it never really bothered me to begin with. Time during lockdown - you find new things to try! The Eucerin is a bit thick, a little goes a long way so I expect this one jar to last a decent amount of time. I do only put it on my problem areas keeping in mind it has Urea Acid in it. It's been quite hot where I live - one thing I have to say is I don't put this on before going outside in the heat. It starts to feel sticky and tacky if you do. It's not a light moisturizer, you most definitely feel it on your skin after you apply it and throughout the day, in my opinion anyway. Not that this is bothersome, it's just worth mentioning. Also worth nothing, it will leave you more susceptible to sun burn so keep that in mind before heading to the beach. Urea acid and UV rays don't mix very well. When I was out in the garden in the middle of the day, I felt the areas I use the Eucerin RRC burning a bit. Cover up, use sunblock or sit in the shade. One other thing that may be useful for someone who is outdoors often like myself - this does not attract bees or other bugs! This is how I got rid of my Keratosis Pilaris in Two Weeks: I did some research and found a combo of products will really help get rid of this problem fast. The products I use that have made all the difference in the world in less than two weeks: A Body Brush for dry brushing, Say Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal 2 in 1 Face Scrub and Eucerin Roughness Relief Cream. We've also used African Black Soap as our daily shower soap for years, highly recommend this for anyone who has skin issues, it's wonderful stuff. (all available on amazon) First step - Before showering, dry brush problem areas, do this every day. Dry brush your entire body three times a week for ultra smooth skin everywhere. Second step - Use the detoxifying charcoal scrub on problem areas while showering. In addition to the scrub, I use an exfoliating sponge to really scrub it in. Third step - Put on the Eucerin Roughness Relief Cream once you're out of the shower and dry. Be diligent and do this every day for two weeks and you'll see a difference. Well, I imagine you will, everybody is different so perhaps not but I just thought I'd throw this out there for anyone with the same issues.

Roughness Relief Cream vs Essential Oil Balm
I couldn't decide between the "Oil Balm" and "Roughness Relief Cream" so I bought both. End result is I like both - but for different things. I have tiny, hard little bumps behind my knees and on my feet - I don't know why - and the Roughness Relief Cream helps keep them under control. They don't go away completely, but it has exfoliating properties and when I use it regularly (2-3x a week) they become much less noticeable. I also have dry flaky skin on my arms and legs and the Oil Balm helps that. As you can see in the picture, the Oil Balm is greasier - truly an "oily balm". It doesn't disappear when you rub it in. It leaves your skin feeling greasy and shiny, which I actually like, but some people wouldn't. On the other hand, the Roughness Relief Cream is a cream, so when you rub it in, it absorbs into the skin and the skin doesn't really look any different. As for the stars, I gave the scent 5 stars but I really can't smell it at all and I don't have sensitive skin so I don't know about that. But I hope the comparison between these two products will help if you're trying to decide.

Useful but it depends on what you're looking for
I will start by saying that this is a very hydrating cream and does a good job at helping with dry, rough, and bumpy skin as it claims, however, if you are looking for a solution to KP this only slightly helped me with this issue. It has really good ingredients such as lactic acid and urea, but seemingly not enough concentration to help with my KP. I will also say that it is not non-comedogenic as it really made me break out, unlike other things my skin has tolerated. It is tempting to put it on your face (I did) and while it did leave my skin looking and feeling great, the breakouts were not worth it so keep it on your body, preferably as a spot treatment (avoid if acne prone!). It did not replace my face or full-body lotion so if you are looking for one of those or struggle with acne, I suggest looking elsewhere as this is simply another addition.

Those with KP - it is definitely worth a try!!
Wow, where to begin! I have been dealing with keratosis pilaris for over 10 years now, so I have had time to try plenty of lotions and regiments. We are all different and our skin does not respond the same, but for me this cream has been one of the few products where I have actually been able to see a noticeable difference in my skin - in both color and texture! I use an AHA body wash and an Italy bath towel in the shower as exfoliation on the KP areas. Then, when getting out of the shower I don’t dry off and immediately apply the Eucerin cream to my skin when it’s wet. I let it set in for about 5 minutes and then apply the Eucerin lotion version of this cream. The only downside (which I’m very willing to look past) is there is definitely a slight stickiness after application for several hours, but this can be worked around by applying it at night and then wearing a light weight long sleeved shirt and pajama pants. Trust me, it’s worth it! While my skin is definitely not cured, I feel comfortable wearing tank tops for the first time in a long time and don’t mind other people touching my arms. You probably won’t see results immediately, but give it a week or two of being consistent with using it and see what you think! Compared to other products, you can’t beat the price. There’s no scent, which is great and doesn’t have the medicinal smell other lotions have. I am so pleased!

Eucerin Skin Calming Body Wash + Eucerin Roughness Relief Cream = Perfection
I have the type of eczema that if body soap or lotion with artificial fragrance touches my skin, I'll have an outbreak for months followed by hyperpigmentation that takes additional time to heal (if I don't see a doctor and get it treated with a topical). Amazon had this on sale and I bought it on a fluke. I exclusively use creams and have been using Cerave for years with I had no complaints. I was open to trying something new during the pandemic and if I broke out because my body didn't agree with it then no one would know. I used this on damp skin after Eucerin Skin Calming Body Wash and my GOD, I can't stop touching my skin. It feels so SOFT. My skin feels so soft when I do this that for hours after I shower I can't stop touching my arms, legs, or stomach. My skin is as soft as a baby's. I don't know what it is about this formulation, maybe it's the high concentration of urea but my goodness, do not stop making this. This is hardly ever in stock so whenever I see it I have to stockpile it. Don't stop making this product.

Euccerin Works great on rough extreme dry skin
This is a very silky smooth thick cream. I did some research online how to take care of my dry well extreme dry elbows. I lean on them to watch TV because I am visually impaired and they’re getting extremely dry from doing that. So I got online to see how to take care of dry elbows. It says to try to find a cream that is fragrance free and die free and this is one we actually used on my husband when he had cancer. It works great. What I do is rub it on very thick and I put a wrap around my elbow to keep the moisture in and it is actually healing very quickly I’m very pleased with it. It is thick no fragrance no die. I also Have Sjogren’s syndrome which causes the sides of my fingers to be dry it’s good for that to even your cuticles., Your heels feet and knees. I am very pleased with it

Actually makes a difference :)
For 50 years I’ve had what I’d call chicken skin - dry with pink raised hair follicles - and after using this cream daily after my shower for a couple of months, my skin is less dry and although the hair follicles are still pink, they’re less raised/bumpy. So it’s not a dramatic difference, but it is a difference, and my skin generally feels less rough.

Healed my cracked heals in less than 10 days
My heels were bleeding from the cracks. For 11 years, I struggled and tried everything for my heels but nothing worked like this product. So glad I found this product.
