LOL Surprise Collectable Dolls - 60+ Surprises - Winter Disco Bigger Surprise [Amazon Exclusive]

Just received this and was surprised how big it is - it is a Christmas present for my daughter so it won’t be opened yet, but my review is more a reaction of the other reviews for the item. If I buy something on Amazon I use the reviews to confirm the product does come as described. For toys like these, where fakes are sold it is is a very useful function. In return I leave reviews that I think are helpful. What has annoyed me with this item is the amount of unverified purchase reviews (in other words people that haven’t actually bought the item) putting on reviews saying that it is bad value. One example on here has even used a photo from a Facebook post where the user was moaning about this item being bad value for a few dolls. I wonder what on earth they were expecting?!1 - if your children are LOL fans, they will no doubt be familiar with the you tube videos that hype the product- there are loads that unwrap this item so you can clearly see what is in it.2 - this isn’t just about the end product of a few dolls and accessories, the whole point of LOL is the SURPRISE, the collectible element and the unwrapping of the items!! This is literally the whole point of the toy!3. The value of the toy is really in the amount of times it is played with. If my daughter plays with her LOL dolls every day then to me it’s £80 well spent. It’s the stocking fillers that cost a fiver and just get cast aside that are poor value.4. If you can afford the product and your child asked for it and is excited to receive it then maybe it was good value. I bought my daughter a Poopsie for her birthday, do I think that fifty pounds is good value for a unicorn that poops glitter - no! Was it sweet watching my daughter be over the moon to get it and play with it every day - yes so maybe it was better value than I realised.5. LOL is expensive- the balls are about £11 each how much were you expecting for £80!Sorry to rant, but if there is nothing wrong with the product and children enjoy it - why take the trouble to write a review to say that you feel it is bad value, other than to jump on the bandwagon of shock that the toy of the moment that lots of children want is expensive- of course it is!!

This is way better than the large bigger surprise pink one! My eldest daughter got the large pink one for her birthday in the summer and it was honestly so expensive for the mere amount you get, in the pink one you get 2 full sized dolls, a pet and a baby doll, and then just accessories, but this bigger surprise was brilliant, bought for my youngest daughter for her birthday and it came with so much more! It came with 2 fulls size dolls, one baby and one pet and also the large LoL doll, which I must say is amazing quality and better than barbie! Not this ultra skinny doll, but a good size with shoe boxes and all sorts with her accessories and a stand for her, her hair is lovely too, really long and good quality, I would say the big LoL really makes this bigger surprise worthwhile! And so much fun opening it all with my daughter!

This was such a great set, and lots of accessories and the 4 dolls that came with it were fabulous! I managed to purchase this set at £47.99 which was less that half price so it was an absolute bargain for everything that came with the set plus the big purple glitter box was also a sprague and carry case which was perfect! I would highly recommend although I wouldn’t have paid the full price for it, but for £47.99 it was a. Rill isn’t bargain and good value

I got this on offer when it was £59.99 and it was worth it at that price! I bought it for my daughter's 9th birthday and she was thrilled with it. Personally I don't think you get 'much' for your money with any L.O.L Surprise toys but half of the fun comes from opening the surprises. I wouldn't have paid the full price for it though.This was a lovely Amazon exclusive which she'd never seen before and the O.M.G doll and accessories are fab! She also really enjoyed watching the matching Winter Disco movie on Amazon Prime.

Purchased for daughters birthday, believe it had 2 dolls and 2 pets and load of accessories. Kept my daughter entertained for a few hours just opening everything, makes a hell of a lot of mess! Worth the money?... hmm well that’s debatable, we have purchased toys in the past that have been played with for approx 20 mins and have cost the same amount. Just opening this took a while so in my view it’s worth it. It’s like getting 65 mini presents!Update: 20/12: my daughter has now had this for a couple weeks and I must say she does still play with them a fair bit, some of the asscessories are great, there are all sorts of wigs you can put on the dolls and it real does keeps her entertained. I now think it is worth the money, she spend ages playing and changing outfits, shoes and wigs on the dolls. Also the dolls have ‘magic powers’ some change colour in water, some pee, some cry... great for a 7 year old. Would recommend if you child is already into LOL dolls.Update 27th Dec: we purchased the LOL doll house for xmas and this and the doll house together are great. Bit pricey for both together but getting lots of play out of both.

Lovely tub of lol surprise family! It’s in a large glitter case which is lush . I paid £55 as it was on offer for £75.00 then had £20 gift card after applying for a amazon credit card x I do think think it’s worth £55 as gold surprise was £60 but I bought for £50 had a £10 off at another store offer . So I paid £105 for both which I am extremely happy about .

While I'm not a huge fan of plastic toys wrapped in more plastic, my daughter is - so I'll rate this set on her behalf.Kids love surprises and unwrapping - this set didn't disappoint and she was very happy unwrapping on Christmas Day.There is good selection of dolls and accessories, and disco theme is quite unique, both in terms of the items but also colours.Recommended.
