Does what it says
Really pleased with the Laundry Egg, does what it says. If I have to wash heavily soiled items egg oil etc I do still used detergent instead but this is rare. I do also have Laundry balls which helps agitate the washing and possibly help the egg perform. Each dose lasts about 70 washes so great value for money. The scent from the fresh beads is strong but wears out of the beads gradually which I dont mind as I prefer unscented Laundry.

Eco-friendly and cost saving
Cleans clothes well for light to normal washes, reduces plastic bottle waste, and easy to use. Might struggle with heavy stains, but ideal for daily use.

Eco Friendly clean!
I have been using this product for a couple of years now, I first purchased this when my son was born because I was concerned he may have sensitive skin. I purchase this product on this occasion to give as a gift to a family member, as I was so happy with my product they wanted to try this themselves. The scents you can select are lovely, the instructions are easy to read, and refills for the product are easy to get. This is a great eco friendly alternative that really doesn’t cost a lot. They only thing you may find is that the smell isn’t quite as strong/ doesn’t last as long. But you must understand that this is because they haven’t used lost of harmful chemicals in the product to create that artificial lasting smell. You don’t need to use fabric conditioner, but if you want a lasting fresh smell on your clothes using one in conjunction of this product may help keep that lasting freshness. The product washes clothes well, and can be used on low temperatures. You need to ensure the egg is allowed to dry between washes as this allows the longevity of the pellets. Overall this product is a really good eco-friendly product to use on your dirty clothes.

Hidden gem
I had never heard of these and just happened upon them when looking for something else. I intended to get one for clothes or blankets that just need freshening up or gentle cleaning. But then one night I dropped some curry on my dressing gown (what a slob) and the next day (so somewhat dried) I threw it in with this egg and it fully came out! So good proof of its ability to clean, though I still will be using detergent for many things I think need a good clean. But certainly a staple for the laundry space. And it's a great fallback if you run out of detergent. What it is: it is a plastic ball with two kinds of pellets you pour into and use with your laundry instead of soap. How to use it: you basically just throw it in with your laundry, but apparently you should speak it for 5-10 before, which I haven't done yet, so maybe next I'll try. When done, take it out and show to dry. Scent: pellets have a slight smell but probably won't transfer much into clothes. But our dryer seems to suck nice smells out of clothes so I will be using a dryer sheet anyways. When to refill: actually I don't know anything about refills or if you have to buy a new one, but it is meant to last 70 washes. Or if you aren't counting, because who is, when the pellets are down to half way in the larger side on the egg.

Not the scent I expected on the clothing
Well I was very excited about trying this product. The smell from the pellets was wonderful. Did my first wash load and the smell is nothing like the pellets, shame.

Will never go back to regular brands
The best thing I've bought in a long time. Highly recommend for value, sustainability, natural, hypoallergenic and ease of use. Buy one, you won't regret it. I'm very impressed and will be gifting some to friends and family for xmas. I have a family member who is sensitive to scents, chemicals and perfumes, so I'll be buying her the scent free one. I personally purchased fresh linen, and it's just divine. A light and pleasant smell once washed. The scents not overpowering on clothes, but leaves clothes feeling fresh, clean and soft. The refill pouches are so cheap in comparison to buying detergents and fabric conditioners. You save a fortune and its eco-friendly, which is the main reason I bought it, no more plastic waste each month due to detergent and conditioner bottles. A fabulous little gadget.

Brilliant
These are brilliant, last a long time and save so much on washing powder as well as being good for the environment. Clothes smell fresh but not overwhelming like with some powders. I'm just replacing mine now after 2+ years family use.

Don’t waste your money
Not good atall I was very hopeful of this having read such good reviews. I did a dark wash with it-deodorant marks still left on a top and the load didn’t feel or look clean There’s no fresh smell after washing either The light load looked like it hadn’t been washed atall so I had to re-wash both loads with normal laundry detergent. This may be good for things that need “ freshening” rather than actually washing The egg itself is made of good quality materials it’s study nice plastic. Be mindful wash loads have to be smaller as extra water is needed in the wash so it may not be as environmentally friendly as it claims to be and reading real which reviews, it seems there’s a huge issue with hygiene and bacteria still left in fibres so if you have kiddies and are concerned about germs etc in their clothes this is no good. Also it doesn’t remove even the slightest of stains It’s good value for money given that it says 70 washes but it’s cheap for a reason-it doesn’t work Really dissapointing as I was really looking forward to trying this. If I was you I’d stick to the eco friendly laundry detergents that actually do work. What a shame

Cosa dire? Fantastico!
