Altitude Adjustment

Did not get sick/light headed from altitude, drank lots of water

I was on vacation in Colorado and became sick due to elevation of 11000ft. Nausea, insomnia, headaches on day two. Took the pills as recommended and they helped but since I have had covid 3 months ago with loss of taste and smell, I ended up having lingers horrible tastes and smells from these pills. 5 days now I cant shake it. Its from the pills.. food tastes horrible and everything smells bad. I'm not sure what is in the pills that would cause this side effect and curious if any others have had similar effects.

I've become very sensitive to altitude as I've gotten older and Altitude Adjustment has eased some of the problems of headaches, etc. when going above 6000 ft. It isn't perfect but I really think it helps.

It works for me above 8000 ft.

Took this product for a visit to Colorado. Eliminated my headaches and my daughter's, but did not make a difference for my husband

This is a great product. This stuff really works! Ski trips to Co or Ut (from Iowa) can be enjoyed from day 1 without the hint of a headache. It also helps with insomnia and nausea. I wish you could buy it in bulk!
