RELAXONCHAIR [MK-Classic] Full Body Zero Gravity Shiatsu Massage Chair with Built-in Heat and Air Massage System (Brown)

I purchased a Panasonic massage recliner 25-30 years ago which has made it's way to our safe room but it still works so I can't seem to throw it away! I stopped by Fry's an happen to try out a few of the massage chairs they had on display and I was amazed with how much the technology has improved but left wanting to do some more research. I read most of the reviews on massage chairs from $1200-$8000 and compared the features they offered. With price being a factor but willing to spend extra money for better features and reviews. I ended up purchasing this chair for a couple of reasons.1. Stays in the zero gravity position when massage is finished.2. 50 inch L track that massages the glutes and thighs.3. Arrives fully assembled/ready to use.4. Under $2000.This was the only chair I found that offered those 4 features.Every time I get in the chair I am amazed that the engineers can program it to do what it does in all the different modes. It is truly mind blowing what a great massage it preforms and will exceed all of your expectations.

We've only had our Relaxonchair Classic for acouple of weeks. So far chair has been as advertisedMy husband and I both have different types of back problems. I have sciatica and he has low back pain. We have been using our chair daily. The first few days we were pretty sore from the massage, because the back rollers are pretty vigorous. I did add a small thin throw to the back of the seat which has helped alot. We love the chair and I know it will help our backs. It is so relaxing. I certainly feel this was a good purchase. Will update after we have had the chair longer

This chair are build very good but when you use it doesn’t fell that good it need a little more curshions . If you short person don’t buy this chair because you not getting anything out of it on the neck and your feet. I’m 5’2” and weight 175 pounds I don’t get on the neck and my foot. All this previous rating are for taller person if they do straight up with the spec height I will not make this purchase. Or I just mis reading it. All I see was the weight. I wonder if I can return or switch out for the short person one.

I ordered this for my husband because he has had lifelong back issues. He has severe scoliosis that affects his sleep at night and I thought if this could just help relax his muscles before bed maybe he would sleep better. All I can say is that it has been night and day difference in his quality of sleep since getting this chair! He gets in it every single night and sometimes if he wakes in the middle of the night with pain he'll get in it again and it helps him get back to sleep. He has said many times how much he loves the chair. Sometimes he even falls asleep in it for a little while after a session. His favorite setting is the Relief setting. I love this chair too but I rotate between all of the settings, a new one each day so it will work different muscles each day.We've had this chair a few months now. When the it first arrived I thought the foot rollers were way too hard on my feet, even with two pairs of thick socks on. But now I love how deep the rollers rub. I still wear socks but it's perfect now.This chair is the best investment we have made! Especially when you consider what paying for massages cost, or chiropractic visits, lost work time, etc... We went on vacation recently and after a week we were both saying how we couldn't wait to get back to the chair! Since when do you want to leave vacation to get back to a chair? Crazy but that's how much it helps relax us. For me it's just a really nice thing to have. For my husband it's a quality of life improvement!

The chair is slimmer then I thought. Which is a plus. Its comfortable to sit in when its off. I like all the features except the calf air bags. My entire family agrees the air bag on calves is ridiculous tight. To the point where it becomes painful. Defeating the purpose of ordering this chair. No matter if we decrease the psi or intensity. My 5'6" 110 lbs daughter has tiny legs and even thought the air bags were painful for her. I will try and reach out to the company and see if there is anything else we can do.

After researching high end massage chairs, this is the best! The price cannot be beat either. I highly recommend this chair. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I bought it for another individual, but due to their medical condition, they weren't able to acclimate to it. Otherwise, it works great!! I never expected to have to return it, but the customer service was so fast, personal and friendly, that I was so compelled to write this review. The quality, features, value and great customer service are excellent. If you are thinking about a quality chair purchase - go try it out!

My mom loves this birthday present! My dad texted me the week before her birthday asking me what to find something for her. With that carte blanche I went for something she had been wanting for years. I spent a lot of time researching and this one seemed to have fixed a lot of the complaints reviewers had about other makes and models. I also liked that it came fully assembled and, once unboxed, fit right into my parent's normal sized front door. I was a bit worried worried that she wouldn't be able to figure out all the options on the remote seeing as I had spent several hours the week before showing her how her new smartphone worked, but, to my surprise, the first time I came to visit she was explaining even the customized settings to me. It's only been a couple weeks, but she is incredibly happy with it and has yet to say anything negative about it (terribly unlike her) so I'd highly recommend.

The advertising description says that one can adjust the shoulder air massage, but there are no instructions on how to do this. There are no instructions on how to have only a foot massage, the intensity button only controls the airbags, not the rollers on the back. The width button only works on certain manual programs.I am a smaller person and the shoulder airbags are a complete waste for me.I’m not sure if I will keep it or return it and look for another chair. It still feels better than nothing.
