Works 100% with my Android Pixel.
I have a newer Pixel Android phone. I've tried several remotes - none worked correctly. I was mainly looking for a remote to control my audio apps so when on my winter walks I could change tracks, volume, etc. with my hands in my pockets. This works perfectly. Every control works. When the camera app is active the shutter control works as well. Big plus is that it's rechargeable. So I'll say it's fully compatible with many models. I like the size - about 2.5x1.25 inches. Build quality feels a bit cheap but it feels good enough.

works well
This thing works great. I have had 2 (they don't like being stepped on). It shows up as a keyboard device with multi-media keys. I was surprised to discover it would control random music playing apps/browsers on a PC. I bought it to control the music on my phone while riding a motorcycle but discovered it was so convenient I just always have it hanging from a belt loop. My biggest complaint is that the buttons aren't raised enough to feel them through gloves. Note that the charging port is USB-Micro not USB-C but I have only needed to charge it every couple months and I have had it since phones used the same port.

Works as advertised
Works great had about a month. Connects easily. Only thing I wish it had was a replaceable battery instead of being built in.

Triggers Weird Behaviors (MUST READ)
My use case for this item is very simple: I wanted to be able to pause/skip podcasts in the dark while in bed getting ready to sleep. The tactile buttons allow me to control the playback without dealing with the bright screen. With that said, everything worked perfectly. Then after a little more than one month of being a happy camper with this, it started to act very strangely. At first when I used it at night (as described), nothing happened. So I thought maybe the charge was low so I fully charged it. Afterward, I used the remote while looking at the phone and then I realized that the buttons started to do different things. For example, pressing the play/pause button started to trigger different press on the player. Volume changes caused text to be selected (in the podcast description). Then I thought, maybe I needed to restart the phone and that didn't fix the problem. If you think perhaps it's because of a phone update, that isn't it because between when the device was working fine to when it's not, no update was applied. The gist of it is, the remote did not die (as that's less surprising) but just started to do different things when the buttons are pressed. Action Taken: Powered off/on the remote, fully charged the remote, restarted phone. and forget remote on phone and resynced the remote. I think I've exhausted all the possible things you can do to resolve the problem.

Does exactly what I need
I bought this for in the car because my radio doesn't have Bluetooth and I was afraid a cop would stop me for changing the music on my phone (my state is strict about phone use in the car at all). I put a velcro sticker on the back of this remote and on my dash, and it's perfect. It connects in less than a second and stays connected until I turn it off. Never had any issues with having to reconnect. The buttons are a little small so it's hard to tell what I'm feeling when I can't see either in the dark or while I'm driving, so I put a rhinestone nail sticker on the forward button since that's the main button I use, and now I use it easily with no problems. It works with my iPhone 11 while it's connected to my car radio with an aux cord. I haven't had to recharge it yet even though I've been using it almost every day for like a month, just turn it off when you're not using it. It takes a very common charger you likely already have laying around the house, because I did (I can't figure out exactly what it's called but it's a micro USB something or other).

Great little item!
I read a review, and bought it. The review had a question: " Is it soft buttons"? The answer was yes. So I assumed ones like a TV remote, soft and quiet. They are NOT. they are clickers.! I bought this for a specific reason, mine is for a cellphone (Samsung S9) to listen to music at night in bed. The issues with this one is that it is noisy to the wife, as she can hear the clicks. The buttons are so flush with the case that it is difficult to find the right ones with your fingers. My whole purpose was to relax and be able to pause, select tracks and volume without the need to look, or turn a light on. I have to find a way to glue something to the buttons to raise them a little just to be able to feel them. But that is for my specific use. The remote itself works well, easy to connect to Cellphone via blue tooth, and works as described. I gave it less stars because of the answer about the buttons. You can judge for yourself with this review though. Yes, it works, Yes it is as described, but not so with the buttons. They work though. For normal in the light use, and for camera shutter, it is perfect! It is rechargeable. That is ok, but would have rather had a lithium watch battery in there. Then I can easily change it. When the rechargeable battery goes, you have to either find one to replace it and do some disassembly and soldering, or buy a new item.

LIFE CHANGER FOR PARENTS OF TODDLERS ON ROAD TRIPS
This is an absolute lifesaver for parents who have kids who use iPads mounted to seats in cars (so wandering hands don’t mess with the buttons). I do a biannual trip home to visit family and my husband can’t always go- and my hometown is 12 hours away. I have a 2.5 year old who I allow to watch the iPad I have on road trips (no judgement, you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes). Taking those trips alone with a REAR FACING TODDLER are long so I load the iPad up with all of his favorite YouTube shows (Ms Rachel, caities classroom, kids music/his favorite songs, etc) and sometimes he doesn’t like the way I have things set up. I would normally have to listen to him whine while driving until I could safely pull over and change it or fix whatever the issue is. This handy little fob helps fix that issue immediately. It’s so easy to use and I can skip, replay, pause, etc while not removing my eyes from in front of me to look back. Plus I can adjust the volume if he falls asleep so it doesn’t wake him up if a loud show comes up next. Basically- such a handy button and conveniently sized.

Only worked for a year
Worked great until it didn't. I've had this for a year and 2 days. Worked perfectly at first, easy connection and functionality. Didn't use it super often, maybe a few times a month. Eventually started having issues with it connecting and staying connected. 2 days ago I went to use it again and it wouldn't connect again. Fine. Forget the device, reconnect it as usual. Now all of a sudden my phone thinks it's a stylus instead of a keyboard? The volume buttons swipe up and down on my screen and the shutter and track buttons click. Can't figure out any way to fix it, so now I'm stuck with a remote that connects fine but doesn't do what it's supposed to. Wild. No way to contact manufacturer for troubleshooting.

Works Great and Long Battery Life
This product is absolute good, my biggest gripe are the buttons, they should have a higher position so you can differentiate them but the response time is fast and even if it goes to sleep to save battery, it won't take much to wake it up.

Music remote
Works well - at a good price

Unreliable
This does work when it whimsically desires. And it is the mechanism I was looking for, although higher profile buttons would be nice so I can feel them better without looking at them. Unfortunately it runs out of battery super fast. Or something? I can't actually tell what it's doing. All I know is when I turn it on and try to use it, it takes a minute to connect, then it might work briefly, but when I try to use it 15 minutes later, it has to wake up (or something?), after which it may or may not work at all, regardless of whatever the little red or blue light is trying to say. I've already spent too much time pushing buttons, waiting for something to happen but nothing does. It's faster to just pull out my phone the old fashion way.

Bluetooth iPhone shutter
Like: rechargeable battery, works as described. Dislike: pricier than most but works very well.

Great for wireless headphone where you can forward songs.
Love that you can record a video on your phone while still listening to your headphones.
