I like that it’s easy to swallow. I dislike because after I take within 5mins. I started burping the garlic taste...I immediately stop taking. It’s unpleasant taste...

The product gives intense skin rashes. Label says some and few get it but after doing a bit more research about half people do but at higher doses. I guess I know now it’s not for me.
