I’m one of those Amazon shoppers that scans reviews for the products that I am going to buy. I was impressed with the fact that this product had five stars for all 51 reviews that were posted. With that, I ordered this frame for my wife’s new office, and we are a bit disappointed. We have two other electrical picture frames that we’ve owned for a while from different manufacturers, so I wasn’t too concerned about ordering this one.When I receive the product in the mail I set it up according to the directions. I found that part of it pretty easy. Within a week or so, the frame started to freeze up, distort pictures, and display blank screens. I understand that you can get a bad egg every so often, so I set up the return policy with Amazon and re-ordered the exact same frame. We’ve had the second frame now for two weeks and I just noticed that the frame was stuck on one picture again. Whenever I try and use the remote to break it out of its picture freeze, it doesn’t work. I had to unplug it and reboot it. The pictures display fine, and the set up was easy, but I’m running into issues with this frame that I’ve never had with my two previous electrical picture frames. If I had it to do all over again, I would probably investigate purchasing a different make of electrical frame.

Started crashing after 2 weeks. Goes to sleep and never wakes up. Crash got more frequent until it was within hours. You can still see outline of last picture with the light on screen. Does not respond to power button or remote after crash. Returned with return window. Good thing it failed within a month bc I didn’t have to deal with warranty for junk. I bought picture frames from 2 different vendors and they look exactly the same, even the box. Only slight difference was the firmware. Seems same manufacturer produces same junk for multiple vendors. The other unit was DOA.Yes picture quality was stunning, but doesn’t mean anything if unit can’t last even 2 weeks.

The media could not be loaded.  Used for about one week and very pleased with this purchase.Pros:1. Surprised how light it is when taking out of box. My other 7 inch frame is a lot heavier. Of course it was 10 years old model.2. Complete package with 32GB SD card and remote control.3. Easy to use. Just load pictures and insert card. Press photo button and you are all set.4. The motion sensor works well and it even serves a night light when getting up in the midnight. Of course, the sensor needs to be positioned on your pathway.Cons:1. When the calendar and clock shows up, the picture cannot be displayed with full 10 inch and limited to the half on right side.2. The sensor is not very sensitive and it takes a few seconds to response. You cannot wait to see pictures turning on at the beginning of use. It might not an annoy any more after you get used to that.Overall, a nice and big screen digital frame with 1080p resolution. My family all enjoy it.

I have got this for a week. So far, I think I generally like it.Pros:1. easy to setup and comes with all accessories even include SD card.2. Support multiple digital formats even video clips3. Has additional functions like remote control and auto turn on/off which I do likeCons:It's not perfect for loading pics initially. You either need a SD card reader or a double Male USB cable in order to load pics from your PC to the frame. Rather than that, I think it's a perfect frame.

This is a made-in-China no name device. NOWHERE does it give a brand name, at least in English. The "user manual" is completely inadequate, giving ZERO info on how to load pictures and set up unit. After I put in the supplied memory card/discdisk in, the screen still reads "no disc," and the screen appears to be unresponsive to commands. Back to Amazon with this one.

This frame works well. I like the auto on off with the motion detector. The picture quality is good. The only thing that I would like that I have not yet found, is the ability to show pictures within a folder. By default, it finds all pictures on the card and cycles through them. I used the remote for initial setup, but since then, it has been running on full automatic. I like the relatively small bezel as it makes for a more 'picture frame like' presentation. We are happy with our 10.1 inch Kenuo Digital Picture Frame.

My grandma is 85 years old. She is more and more fond of staring at previous photos. Unfortunately, there are no more places to put photo frames in the house. This digital photo frame is the best gift for her This is a non-wifi photo frame, so just plug in the SD card or USB drive can solve everything. I loaded all my family photos onto the SD card, and each one was recogonized and played. The remote control is a huge help. Trust me , it will make the buttons easier to use. My grandma have used it for several days whithout any complaints. She said this digital photo frame is the best gift she ever received.

You'd better scratch up on your computer skills because this comes with absolutely no useable instructions. Go to google and find out how to load memory card and you'll just have to muddle through set up. Works good after you set it up though.

this picture frame did not come with the SD card like it said it would, there wasn't a stand and there was no power cord for the picture frame and no instruction's on how to use it. I feel like I have a new paper weight.
