Dried Peaches

I just ordered my second bag. I would rate the first bag 6/10 - - - tough and unimpressive taste. The new bag is totally different. This one , I rate 10/10. Taste is far better; quite tender and very nice taste.

I really didn’t like anything about these ‘dried’ peaches. In my opinion, they were sliced too thick, making the texture mushy and tough, a weird combination. They also tasted pretty bad, not at all peachy, kind of tart, not sweet. The bag does say unsweetened, but I expect sweet flavor from a quality dried fruit. It’s interesting how mixed the reviews are, maybe there are good batches and bad batches. My bag was definitely bad, so much so that I wouldn’t buy the peaches again, and probably not anything else from this brand. I did like their dried kiwi, their dates were okay, prunes were kind of bad, especially the mushy texture.

The peaches were very good, slices were nice sized, supple, very tasty and excellent for my peach vanilla extract.

I have never eaten dried peaches before trying these. They taste good, but stink. Daughter thinks they smell like a dirty diaper. Don't know if they're supposed to smell like these do. I store them in my fridge, thinking the smell might dissapate; it didn't. I'm eating them anyway and have had no ill affects.

Delicious - not too sweet, very tender - the bag of peaches was finished quickly!

They weren’t really dry. And they smell like dirty feet. The taste is fine if you can get past the smell. But I wanted crunchy dried fruit not freeze dried these were chewy and moist.

Absolutely loved the dried peaches. They made the best southern fried peach pies!

I knew I was in trouble as soon as I opened the bag. They looked like peaches, but that smell--awful. Both the smell and taste of the peaches were nasty. There was barely any peach flavor, no sweetness, and there was an aftertaste that can only be described as "funky". For $30, I expected a little better. You get a lot for the price, but the flavor and smell ruin any enjoyment I could have had. This is a hard pass; if you've ever had fresh peaches, you probably won't enjoy this.

So good tastes great bought more.

This item not as it appears. Very nasty looking. The smell from the open bag is so horrible, to the point of being stomach sick. Taste and texture are not true to the product. Rubbery texture and wet.
