This is the only supplement other than fiber I use daily. I take it each morning with psyllium husk fiber. Mix warm water with the oil, add fiber and stir. It's smooth and it works. I fast from 2PM to 10 AM typically, and I can attest to the appetite suppression abilities of this oil. It has all of the metrics for ketone production & fat burning. I do not crave any form of junk food or sugary garbage. I'm close to 60, but I honestly feel every bit as good as I did at 30. A recent blood test showed all was in perfect ranges, except for the LDL. I will insist on an advanced lipid panel to wave off that number.

This is my second bottle, the first one bought locally but now it works. Taking my hunger limites my craving for junk food no taste and i am 68 and feel like i can slamdunk on the youngtimers. Not to try slamdunking. Basketball .it works for me
