Good product gives me pain relief

This is true, potent highly concentrated magnesium chloride brine (it is called oil because it feels a bit like oil) it's from an ancient sea bed. The main reason I can say for a fact that this is real deal is because I have used some generic kind and it barely felt like anything . Magneisum oil spray sting. I have sensitive skin and it stings burns itchy but it's not scary as long as you know to expect the possible temporary tingling. It goes away within five minutes. Anyway, back to the generic kind I tried- it didn't feel like anything at all. So once I tried this, OMGoodness. The difference was extremely obvious that this has the necessary amount of beneficial magnesium, which has many benefits. Magnesium chloride in this form is the best way to supplement magnesium via transdermally instead taking it in a pill form. I wouldn't say I feel some "miracle"difference in my overall health, but I don't have anything specific to heal, other than I know my diet is barely helpful at all, I don't eat much at all due to medications. Anyway, I rate this 5 stars because it is as advertised. I also like having this because I can't take my epsom salt baths often like I used to. So I feel like I am able to do so in a spray form. Just keep in mind that it can feel intense tingling on the chest or other thin areas, and as long as your know that it's completely normal and temporary, it shouldn't be a big deal. If anything, the drastic difference in the tingling is what proved to me how much more legitimate this brand is compared to some off brand. I am sure it is comparable to another very popular brand. I just happened to stumble upon this one at my nutrition store , tried it, and when I saw it here as an add on item I didn't hesitate to get it.

This really helps me sleep at night. I spray this on the bottom of my feet. I highly recommend people try this.

#1. Studies show that magnesium oil can be absorbed through the skin and end up in the blood stream. This is important. #2. This oil contains sea salt. That means when you put it on your skin the salt will at a minimum cause itchyness and irritation. At most if you have any cuts, damaged skin, or after shaving it will burn like hell. #3. This is the oil version and it is pretty irritating on the skin at least when you first put it on. If you have sensitive skin this might not be for you. However, they have a lotion version of this product and that doesn't cause the same irritation as the oil. #4. Because if the salt content the spray nozzle is really hard to press down and in some cases will get clogged.

While doing research on essential oils I ran across this magnesium oil. After doing some research on this product I figured it was worth a few dollars to try a product that seems to work on a multitude of ailments. In general I am healthy (not fit, but no real issues) and other than minor aches and pains, I feel great. When I purchased the magnesium oil I didn't really know what I was trying to "fix". I just wanted to see if I felt different. After spraying this on my feet 3-5 days per week for 2 months I noticed that the pain I had in my Achilles had diminished considerably. I have been dealing with Achilles tendonosis for almost 2 years. It isn't a gripping pain, but rather a bothersome pain when I first get on my feet after sitting for awhile. It caused me to limp a few steps (or for 5 minutes every morning), but then it pretty much was ok. The light nagging pain was tolerable, and I didn't even think about trying to "fix" it with the magnesium - but that's exactly what happened! My Achilles was often "tender" and had a lump on it. And after a full day of sightseeing and being on my feet I expected to have a tight tendon that would cause me to limp for awhile, but after two months of using the magnesium, the tendon was no longer sore. I'm telling you - after 2 years of dealing with this dull nagging pain, it is essentially gone. Gone! The lump on my tendon is much smaller and I know I am on the road to full healing. Honestly I was amazed, especially since I didn't know I was trying to fix it. I have told everyone that will listen about the magnesium oil. I have my sister using it for her constipation (verdict is still out on this since she doesn't use it consistently) and my dad for his many aches and pains (too early to tell) and my husband on his terrible, terrible knees (at age 23 he had his first invasive knee surgery and by age 35 he had invasive surgery on both knees. I think he is up to around 4 surgeries on his knees). He is in pain almost always. Can only stand for about 1/2 hour at a time...anyway, at first he was skeptical, but when he say that I truly wasn't limping in the morning, he decided to try it. He's only been rubbing it on his knees for the last two weeks consistently, but he says he believes it is working. Hallelujah! For a 40 year old to be in constant knee pain was pitiful and I was happy to find something that is beginning to relieve his pain. I am hopeful that it will continue to diminish his pain. I wish more people would take interest when I tell them about the oil, but I think most of them think "uh, yeah, that sounds kooky....I'll just stick to taking pain meds 4 times/day for the rest of my life"....Ugh! Listen people!

I get a very itchy feeling from this product. It seems to work but I can not get past the all over itchy feeling I get. My wife likes it and uses without issues. I guess it is dependent on the individual if it will make you feel itchy. I gave 3 stars becasue it works for my wife but not for me.

Really works on cramps

It says they allow refunds, but they don't. I got it in the mail TODAY. I sprayed it but couldn't stand the sticky feeling. I tried to request a return and they asked for a picture of the expiration date, so I did that. Then, they said its not eligible for refund. I got it TODAY! Terrible way to do business.

Suffer from wear and tear in the knee. Heard good things about Magnesium oil so purchased one bottle to start with. Have found it excellent for relieving the pain. I can move my knee much more in the 2 weeks of use. It did sting quite a bit for the first few days but the stinging subsided about 20 mins after applying. It is quite greasy and has a drying effect on my hands. I have found that I am sleeping much better at night. This could be because my knee does not 'lock' during the night and the pain does not waken me. I apply morning and night on my knee and the soles of my feet. I would recommend this oil and have purchased a further 4 bottles. I plan to give one to my mum as she recently had a knee op and suffers from aching. I will up date later as to what reaction she has. My only gripe is that the bottle stops spraying so I transferred into another one. Update: Having given my mum a bottle of this spray she found it excellent for her arthritis in her hands and also the pain she felt in her thigh following a knee replacement. She had the same problem with the bottle not spraying so I purchased the lotion for her which I felt might be easier for her to use. Unfortunately, the lotion did not do the same job as the spray and did not give the same pain relief. We are not back to using the spray which I have transferred into an easier to use bottle. She and I would thoroughly recommend this product as it has certainly reduced the pain and discomfort we suffer from.

I've been using this with Vita-Labs Bisglycinate Chelate and the combination has helped me to feel a difference very quickly. Great product. Yes, it does sting, but that is only because its concentrated magnesium chloride. It's the nature of the product. I'm not sure if people have a low pain tolerance or what but for me its completely tolerable and eventually fades away. I put it on my face, scalp, and body without any issues. Any stinging will eventually fade, but its really not that bad. I kinda like it. Be careful about overdoing it if it's your first time with a magnesium supplement. You can use too much and get an influx of magnesium which might give you various side effects such as extreme tiredness so be aware if you are also supplementing internally. The spay worked perfectly.....until I dropped it on the floor. But no matter...just find another spray.
