Genuine squid ink, high quality, and great packaging
Awesome stuff! Great packaging - comes wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the glass. It could be a SERIOUS problem if there was a leak as you’d get ink everywhere. With this packaging I wouldn’t worry about that. So that was a nice touch. The product is awesome. Clean, genuine, and a little goes a long long way. Delicious flavor, super deep black, and makes the right dish look incredible. I used it to make genuine Spanish squid ink paella and it took me back to my time in Barcelona!

Wonderful ingredient
Not too briney, not too salty. Easy way to elevate seafood dishes. Warning: DO NOT smell this before cooking. For how delicious and fragrant it is after cooking … it’s pretty awful before cooking.

Good quality
I made seafood paella and it was delicious with this squid ink. A very good quality product and easier to user than the little envelopes I used to buy ink in.

Delicious on pasta
This gorgeous ink was EXACTLY what I wanted. I was making a Halloween themed pasta dish, and it made my pasta black as midnight. It also had a surprisingly pleasant taste, but was so subtle, it didn't disrupt the sauce, which overran it completely. Cheaper than squid ink, and honestly, I like it better!
