Item is defective and I can't won't pass calibration certification
I have now contacted the seller 3 times since the end of July to inquire on a replacement for one of the 3 units I purchased. One is defective and I am unable to get a calibration certificate on it, becasuse without that cert if can't be used. I am still waiting on a response 3 days later. The product may be great but the customer service is lacking.
