I have seen mostly good but some mixed reviews about the product. Most of the complaints said it was "wired backwards". Perhaps, this was true for some past versions or there is some poor quality control, but I had no issues with mine. They were the a perfect replacement for amber LED lights on my aftermarket Ford Raptor grill (I got mine at the yard sale, but I believe mine was the Barricade model that was "DOOD" before you changed out the "D" and "O" to spell "FORD"). The connections were exactly the same, and all the lights worked. I did test them all before I installed the just to be sure. However, I would say that these are better than the originals for two reasons. 1) They are brighter with more LED diodes than the originals 2) They have better waterproofing than the originals (which is why I think the originals failed) One more note or tip - anyone who installed this grill themselves knows that it is not super quick to do this. It takes a couple of hours. So, I was not looking forward doing this again. There are a few YouTube that use extensions and flexible ratchet drives to remove some of the bolts to get more room to access the screws holding the lights in place. However, getting those bolts back in place is not easy. I found a way that saves a ton on time and hassle. I drilled some "access holes" into the plastic frame that holds the grill in place (which is under the rubber and plastic cover that you take off to access this area). This allowed easy access to the screws for the LED lights with a small screw driver. I also used a small magnet to catch the screw so that it would not fall down. It is easy to get the old lights out, but it does take a little wiggling as well as some alignment help with the screw driver to get the new ones in place. But, this was easy 4 times or more faster than any other option that I have seen.

The darker lenses on these look nicer than the previous lights i had installed in my grille. Although it would've been nice to know that these particular lights are wired backwards, ie. black pos(+)/ red neg(-), before hand. Would've saved me time requesting the first set i ordered be replaced and having to remove the grille twice.

Bright lights

I bought an aftermarket grill that had amber light, replaced those with these white LEDs. Install was easy except the removal of grill but that isn't this products fault. They worked great at first and looked good. Now just 10 months after install one light is completely out, a second has a diode or 2 out and it flickers so I imagine it won't last much longer either. I'd give this a 5 star rating if they would just last.

I didn't read the comments before I installed these and I wish I would have. I installed the lights only to find that all 3 were not working. I also have these pre-wired along with some cube led's so this was literally just supposed to be plug and play. The cube lights worked but the new raptor lights didn't. I was puzzled and considered that they sent me crap lights that didn't work. Low and behold I read the comments and YES THEY ARE WIRED BACKWORDS! I had to remove the lights and splice them opposite colors then re-install them on my raptor style grill. Pain in freaking a*s! Other then that they look good, just have to see how long they hold up.

My aftermarket raptor grill had one of the leds go out so I bought these as a replacement. No issue with the install and they look good, brighter than the originals.

All 3 lights are defective and do not work. Very unhappy with product. All 3 lights were tested and they are defective. A lot of time was needed to remove the entire grill of the truck to put these lights in to only determine they do not work.

Both ends of the connector are in the photo, but there’s no mention of them being included and they aren’t. They work though.
