Item good. Delivery bad.
Item ordered was fine. Delivery was left at front door in full public view. I had requested back door.

Better than the bottles if you have time to mix your own.
We were not prescribed these on the NHS and dad likes them. I was buyiing bottles of it until I found a NHS sheet which set out the difference between sachets by make and bottle for comparison and found the make your own sachets were actually contained more protein and k/cals. When you have someone with malnutrician you want the most in the drinks given and this is it. Dad loves the banans and says they are as nice as the bottle ones. So they are worth giving a go, but best with a shaker.

Should have been delivered to my door not the garden
It's a good product I use all the time,but the driver threw over my back gate into the back garden which is wrong it could have been a fragile package he had no thought or it could have been raining and got destroyed in the process not happy about the way it was delivered today that's the second time this has happened
