Quality product, but size is little smaller than expected
The product quality apparently seems quite good but the size 20L is not justified, its almost like a laptop bag.

Overall a good quality and perfect size bagpack.
Very ergonomic! A good size for a day trip! Can hold my 13 " laptop comfortably. A minor issue with stitches at the zipper line, the reason for 4 star!Overall, I am very happy! I wish they have a nylon variety in the same size!
