Do not buy this product. This is my second time to purchase this product, but first time from this seller. Product broke after less than 5 months of daily use. I purchased these at Target a few years ago and used the same amount - they lasted a year or two. So frustrated with this!

Phone calls were great at first now people are complaining of lots of background noise and I can barely hear them. Have to disconnect and reconnect sometimes several times before it's slightly better... Disappointed

I seriously doubt this Product. This is not the official Product from JBL. I have used JBL products before but never had this much of poor quality and sound not not all bearable. Please issue me the refund.

Bluetooth doesn't always connect. Bluetooth will sometimes disconnect for no reason. Terrible product! not long lasting AT ALL!!!

These are great as I have had a pair but the new ones are not so great right speaker makes noise and doesn’t work properly.

Good sound, awesome battery life, and it folds up for storage, or for holding around your neck comfortably. Great quality for the price.

Ojalá le sirva de alguien, yo como usuario normal que no busco detallitos a los productos como qué tipo de procesador tiene o que si tiene app o no, puedo decir que estoy muy sastifecho con estos productos. Soy torpe y a la semana se me cayeron como 3 veces (ya no se me han caido jajaja) y son resistentes. El audio son nitidos, los bajos no son fuertes pero sí están muy nivelados los sonidos así que considero que es para todo tipo de cliente. Recomiendo usarlos solo para estar en la computadora, ya que al tenerlos puestos uno al agacharse se pueden caer de tu cabeza. Soy cabezon (7-7 no seas mal pensado) y justo me quedan. estas dos ultimas cosas son contras pero se anulan con el resto mencionado.Concluisones:Recomendados ;D

Lo bueno.La alta calidad del sonido,Comodidad al usarlo en lapsos largos.Puedes usarlos cómodamente sin que se caliente o sudes, uso normal.El Bluetooth es muy bueno.Micrófono por Bluetooth es suficiente.La batería cumple más de lo esperado.Son muy amplios.Lo maloNo me gustan la calidad de los botones.No me gusto el cable de audífonos son incómodosEl App no reconoce el dispositivo, por lo que la configuración depende de tus equipos.No son para uso deportivo.Si quieres mayor calidad de sonidos bajos y una calidad más fina, deberías optar por modelos más lujosos.

Tienen muy buen sonido, sin embargo los botones no son de muy buena calidad, son resistentes ya se me han caído en un par de ocasiones, los recomiendo para salir a caminar .
