Amazing service!
Item is nice and as described, but I came here to review the vendor; WOW! Ordered midday on a Monday (with custom engraving) and it was delivered midday Wednesday. Needed as a door prize for the longest serving chief in our state and had a short turnaround to receive in time for the conference, but you made that happen with the fastest service ever. It's not so much that I enjoyed presenting it to a loved one, as it was seeing his reaction to the engraved words on the inside of the watch.The workmanship was first class and the watch is presented in a nice case. Much bigger than the usual citizen case.

I’m very very happy with my purchase. The watch arrived in mint condition. The engravings I requested were accurate and impeccably done. The shipping was very fast! Package was secured nicely. I would buy from this jeweler again. The manual didn’t come in the box but I it is available online. 10/10 service and product!!!!!! I cannot wait to give this beautiful watch as a gift.
