Good backpack. Recommended.
My wife ordered this as she needed something like it to carry her things/stuff/necessities as she commutes to and from work during the week. She has had it for a week, or a little over a week, now. She is very happy with it. Why? Because she says it is quite sturdy and well made; it should last for awhile. It has several different pockets/spaces/divisions of area in it and as such is roomy and sufficient for carrying and separating all of her....stuff, and things she carries to and from work each day she commutes. Also, she also likes the plaid colors and pattern on the backpack....I guess that is a bonus, LOL.Lastly, as an aside, I bought one of this brand's backpacks when I was finishing my senior year in university during the 1990/1991 school year. The old backpack had worn out and needed replacing. Anyway, I bought one by this same backpack maker. I still have it. I still use it. Often. It has not worn out and the straps are still in good shape, sturdy, well attached, and functional. Heh....I might still be using this backpack when I keel over and die. Shoot....this backpack may last longer than I do, LOL.So....this was a fine purchase and is highly recommended for anyone who wants and needs a quality backpack of this size and this carrying capacity. Recommended.

Good , but for lighter load of books and small/medium laptops
I like the style. I love plaid. The material is light and only two pockets. It's great for a lighter load of books. However, if you have a laptop that is 15.6 and above, it will be tight to fit. If you have a smaller laptop and light textbooks , then this is a good choice. I just needed something a bit more sturdy and more room, as my workload is a bit too much for size.

Cheap
This backpack is smaller then it was describe to be. I also don't believe it is a real Jansport backpack. It is super thin & zippers already getting stuck. Just received today & going to contact seller about returning
