I guess it depends on your starting point, but for me this product is excellent. I'm able to do maybe two or 3 pull-ups on my own. It used to be more but I've gotten lazy since the pandemic hit---hence the purchase. I felt like the bands were more than sufficient. Out of the gate, I'll probably have to remove one of the bands to push myself. I weigh just a pinch over 170. It doesn't support 100% of my weight. If I put all my weight on the strap, my foot will go to the floor but It doesn't take much effort to do a pull-up in this situation. I would think most would be able to do a few pull-ups regardless of your current personal fitness. Your current weight will likely be the factor as to the effectiveness of this product. For example, if you are north of 200 and can't do any pull-ups now--you may need to start with a chair.

This is exactly what was needed to help progress with my Pull-Ups. I'm a 50 year old man and I weigh 200 lb, former athlete. I'm a lot weaker and a lot heavier than I used to be and it was always tough for me to try to get a chin up workout when I could only do one or two on my own. The band claims it’s 170lbs of total pull-up assistance, that’s not even close. I’m 130-135lbs and this band stretches fully when I’m using it. So this product is great if you need about 40-50lbs of additional help. Which is in fact perfect for me. If you’re in fairly good shape or light weight, this is perfect. If you’re a bit heavier or needing more pull-up assistance, this band is not for you. That being said, I love it. It’s perfect for my body weight and my fitness level and I’m excited to finally get some more training in with my pull-up bar. I did pull out my 25lb weight and it stretched 2 of the bands almost fully, so I’m guessing each band is about 15lbs of resistance.

First, surprised this doubles a resistance bands! Anyway, if you do anything.... do yourself a favor and but these. 1. Surprisingly strong, I'm about 200lbs average build and not in shape so a little confidence these give is a blessing for me. 2. They are adjustable. Just remove bands as needed Mine was attached to the crossbar at the handlebars initially but log beams are handy as positioning was crucial to a certain facing direction more comfortable for me. The back cushion all the way in I rubbed the back so lift the pin and pulled it out completely works if that bothers some. Merely a convenience where my support is. Well built and designed for heavy use.

Simple attachment to my pullup bar. I wanted to be able to do more pullups per set--this made it possible. I use 2 of the 3 bands supplied and can now do 3 sets of 9-10 pullups and/or chinups rather than just a couple of 4-5 pullups. (I weight 205 lbs). (Before Covid, I used the gym's big adjustable pullup stand that you rested your knees on which provide a user selected amount of lift assist. I feel that this band system is every bit as good for my needs.)

Took me a while to figure out how to get it to one band...(yes I am not bright). I wish it comes with instruction. Anyway, it works...but the strength is lacking. Still, it's good enough for me to do more pull ups. No problem on quality, seems durable.

Works well to provide an adjustable amount of lift perform pull-ups. The amount of lift decreases as you lift yourself so you get more help during the first part of the pull-up and less the higher you go.

I have snapped three or four bands over the past year and decided I wanted something different. This product is much better quality and extremely sturdy. Some other reviews complained it did not give them enough of an assist, but rest assured that is not the case. There are these little loops that you connect to when you set it up and depending on how tight that is you’ll get more or less support to assist you in your pull up

Es un excelente apoyo para hacer pull ups, peso 82 kilos y me aguanta bastante bien, de hacer 3 repeticiones con el apuyo de este logro hacer 8, muy recomendado

Excelentes materiales, resistente.

Llegó super bien, bonito empaque, bolsita para guardar, lo único chungo es que le falta el gancho de metal, como otra persona comentó, entonces no le pude dar uso. Eso si, se lucieron en servicio a cliente y me hicieron una devolución muy veloz.

no traia un gancho para que pudiera sujetarse a la pieza proncipal tuvimos que hacer un amarre con el riesgo de que en cualquier momento pueda soltarse... peso 55 kg y sin problema me aguanta
