Great product, knowledgable seller
Great product, great seller. I asked a specific question in regards to the tablet keyboard and the seller responded promptly. It was obvious the seller knew the product very well and was able to answer my question. Would highly recommend!

Toshiba Z20T M7 Version
Purchased this from Amazon for £299. First, a big thank you to the seller. The package arrived on time and the Z20T was well protected and it looked in "as new" condition. Bought this as a replacement for an aging Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2. Unable to locate a suitable sized Android tablet and the choice was between a Chromebook or this windows tablet. This weighs in at 1.4 kg complete with keyboard and 0.7 kg for the tablet only. This compares with 1.1 kg for the Note 12.2 with case. The Z20T runs Window10 pro. It takes approx 25 secs to boot from off to log in screen and about 3 secs from sleep. Although some of the Andriod apps don't run. I have found better versions in Windows. For cad I can use the full Turbocad and instead of using cut down office apps, I can now use Microsoft Office (costly) or LibreOffice. (highly recommended and free). The tablet comes with a stylus pen similar to the notes. I was surprised to find out that the notes stylus also worked on the Z20T. I also purchased the Toshiba one (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B011NLYNS4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). This is made by Wacom and works a treat. It is well worth the investment. The screen quality is excellent. I have found no problems with the backlit keyboard. My only disappointment is that the battery life although acceptable is not as advertised. This is probably not unexpected considering that it may be 3 years old. New batteries are available.

Great little Laptop
Very compact but very powerful - ability to remove and you display as a tablet - portability.

Condition awful with a shoddy attemt to cover up the poor condition
Laptop arrived next day and on opening the package appeared in reasonable OK conditionThere were a couple of what looked like paint defects on top of tablet and on looking round a few dig marks near the ports on one side, as if the lower keyboard case had been prized off previously (see photos)Set up went OK although there was a disk error that asked me to restartI also was unable to make a system image backup as the backup image in drive D did not existThe first odd thing I found was there was a sharp area to the lower left side of the tablet which was cutting into my hand. On further investigation I could see there was something stuck there which protruded very slight on the back of the tablet. I was able to peel it up slightly and I then realised the whole back of the tablet had been covered by a skin. Those “paint defects” I had previously noticed were in fact air bubbles created when the skin was put onI proceeded to remove skin as it was cutting into my hand. (See photos) I was horrified to discover the back of the tablet was in a horrendous condition - It look as though it had been badly sandpapered and the skin was a attempt to cover this upClearly this was not a grade A device as described on the Amazon renewed grade A condition guidelinesI have purchased many grade A,B and C devices and this is considerably worse condition than anything I have ever purchasedIf there is such thing as a grade Z condition then this thing qualifiesThere were further skins over the top and bottom of the keyboard surround as well as the trackpad and buttons. In fact the track pad skin was already beginning to come off. I have no doubt the rest of the machine is in the same state to the tablet part. I did not removed skins in these areas to find outI note they sell laptops in pink, blue and red. Toshiba do not make them it those colors so if you are buying a skinned laptop covering up who knows what - And you get to pay £20 for the privilege of a cover up job !Final issues of note I ran a battery test and batteries are running at 65% and 70% of their capacity so you would be lucky to get 6 hrs of life as a combined unit and not the stated 11 hrsThe only good things were the screen was in good condition and so was the keyboardI then contact Amazon to arrange a return as the item is not as described on the website - Return process was difficult as you have to do all the legwork and claim back a refund for the postage paidThis experiance has put me off purchasing a Amazon Renewed item againYour milage may vary and you may be lucky and get a genuine A grade laptop (as some have been already)Unfortunalty my experiance was a disaster

Great laptop
Very happy that the product is far better value for money than a brand new budget laptop at a similar price point.

Pure gamble as to the quality you get.
Damaged. Marked. Not particularly clean (screen was okay though). Marks visible from quite a distance. Just not happy at all with the quality - seems very variable, as a colleague’s (which is why I took the plunge), was in very good condition.
