OtterBoxAlpha Glass Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S9+ PLUS (ONLY) - Premium Glass Protection - Retail Packaging - Clear

Bought this item to pair with my OtterBox defender series after replacing my phone via insurance (screen was destroyed by external sources). First day I received it I placed it on the phone and it was tricky to install but it looked to fit some-what nicely. Second day of use, with the phone spending primarily all its time in the OtterBox defender belt clip; screen facing inwards, the screen protector fell off. I assume the adhesion didn't stick but now I can't even re-stick it back on the phone. Was glad to see that OtterBox provides a warranty BUT they still CHARGE a $6.99 tax and shipping charge for replacement... ON an item I paid $9.99 for with no shipping charge. Ridiculous! Why would I need to pay 60% of the item's value to have it replaced if it's clearly a manufacturer defect?! Instead I've paid $7.99 for a competitors screen protector in which TWO are provided plus FREE replacement. Don't buy this item if you're willing to fork out more money if it's defected, let alone incorrectly installed. Stick to phone cases OtterBox, not piece of crap screen protectors.

I had this since May when I bought my Samsung Galaxy 9 plus. It was annoying that this case did not have the full enclosure like my s7 edge, but I loved that case so much that I figure I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. After a couple of tries (random cat hair kept getting under the screen) it seemed like the install was ok. Everything seems to be ok. I used this screen protector with the otterbox case for two months, and didn't have any issues. I dropped the phone accidentally while sitting down. The phone itself was fine, but this screen protector popped off. It landed with the adhesive side on my carpet. The adhesive had some debris on it, and at that point it was all over. I tried to attach it back on regardless, but couldn't get a good hold. So I cleaned it as best as I could without removing the adhesive, and it held for about 10 minutes before sliding off. This product is terrible, and I would avoid if possible. If there is anything positive to say, it did protect my screen while it stayed on.

To start off this is a great price point for the quality that you get from OtterBox. The screen clarity is pristine and sharp.its smudge and scratch resistant making it THE best in it's price range. This is the most form fitting screen protector on the markett. Unfortunatel, this perfect fit makes it not case friendly at all, you'll end up having to buy an Otterbox case to go with it. Additional, the screen popping off is a MASSIVE downer. Even with the slightest pump,knock or smack this thing will still pop off. the touch sensitivity is greatly diminished, even with the touch sensitivity assist turned on. All in all though, this screen protector offers incredible protection with a an amazing price point. I wouldn't spend over $25 for it, so I'm pleased to only pay $10 when it's original price was $50.

This is a great product, super easy to install. But best of all is it saved my phone today when it slipped out of my hand and hit the floor. The Alpha Glass shattered but my phone glass was unharmed. Needless to say I have another on order. I heartily recommend you purchase this for yourself.

Touch sensitivity drasticly reduced, so much that i couldnt not text/play simple or any games really/constantly going back and clicking again because sensitivity is so bad it does not register or selects wrong item. Extremely annoying, forced to go back to a soft film type protector. Otterbox case is the tits though, hard screen protector...not for me.

Best screen protector that I have purchased so far. Came with a guide to align the protector during installation. The adhesive has sealed the protector the entire circumference of the screen. And after a month it is still tightly attached to the screen. Costs a little more but worth it.

As predicted, fits perfectly with an otter box case. I broke one of these already from a drop, bit my screen is fine

I have a Galaxy s9+. The glass on it is pretty tough, but I thought I would be extra careful and get a screen protector along with an Otterbox Defender. The Defender is great, but the screen protector shattered the first week. The screen itself is fine. Sort of a waste of money though.
