Our 2 printers weren't listed as compatible with this ink powder, but I took the chance and ordered anyway...Stuff works great! Our facility uses quite a few HP LaserJet M607 and HP LaserJet 400MFP printers and this stuff works great in both. Instead of disassembling the cartridges into a hundred pieces to access the fill ports, I cut a 3/4" hole in the powder reservoir and glued the top of a water bottle spout and cap to it for easier refilling. The only thing (like others have said) is that the ink is more of a really dark grey than jet black (see paper comparison picture), but it's more than good enough for us. The 37A cartridges (for M607 printers) take a full bottle and the 80A cartridges (for 400MFP printers) take about 3/4 of a bottle to refill.That's literally 40x cheaper than buying new toner!

Added this to a Laser Brother Toner cart & print quality actually got WORSE.. don't WASTE your money.

I purchased the 4 pack at a very resonable price after searching the webb and all other prices were much higher. The toner is great, it looks and prints just like all of the other cartridges that I have purchased over the years. To refill is the way to go and this 4 pack is the way to buy. Excellent product.

These are tall bottles, as shown in the image: it would be great if the vendors all provided the package size (190 grams, for example). It would be helpful comparison shopping. I have puchased other refills that were literally half the bottle size. When filling a 15A (regular) vs a 15X (extra high capacity) cartridge, you would want to know what is in these bottles, and what the supposed capacity is for the cartridge. Just a word of advice: you have to empty the waste toner reservoir or, after a few refills, you will end up with dark stripes on both sides of the page from overflow. Makes the whole process even messier, but the cartridges print cleaner and longer.

It works. What more can you say about toner?!It's messy as heck, though. Make sure you use a funnel, latex gloves, and a dust mask would be a good idea also. When you cut into the cartridge to refill it, make sure to do it outside and close to the ground.If there's any spillage either use a small vacuum cleaner or a bottle of compressed air (the kind they sell at computer stores) to clean it up.This sounds pretty involved, but it's worth it when you think about how much a replacement laser jet cartridge is going to cost ($60 a pop for several thousand pages worth), or even what the alternative is with an ink jet cartridge ($35 a pop for a couple hundred pages worth)!

I didn't buy this black toner so that I could use it in a ink cartridge for a printer, but instead I bought it to make magnetic fluid, and that's exactly what I was able to do with it.

I have used a different brand in the past. Saw this one and the quantity of bottles. I refilled my cartridge and it printed horribly, extremely faded. Didn't matter how much I smacked it around still printed the same, light and faded.Possibly works great for others but HP M281CDW it did not
