I'm hoping this NAC will help heal my liver for my labs. Have been taking it for a little over a week or so and going to give it at least a couple of weeks to see if I see any great changes.The taste is a bit sulfur-y, but if you mix it with other things, you won't taste it that much.I like the idea of the paper packaging as trying to limit plastics however, these supplement packages reseal is usually very difficult and most often don't work. I think I will end up transferring to another container.

I like this product and use the product to maintain my immune system. Also, it is vitally essential to take during the cold winter months to help the immune system fight off colds and FLU VIRUSES. Work best with vitamin C. I prefer this natural powder form because it is not polluted with preservatives. And goes directly into the blood stream.

Was unrecognizable when I put it in a smoothie. Didn’t leave a taste of grainy texture. Wish packaging had a lid or something.

I’m quite disappointed that there are no directions on how to take this and so I won’t... are we to know how much powder is 600 mg?... this doesn’t feel safe...

Loved that it mixes well with yogurt.
