I love Mardi Gras season and when i took down my Christmas lights, these looked like fun. The colors are perfect and the solar panel works wonderfully--the lights come on as it gets dark and work for several hours, creating a friendly atmosphere on my little back porch. The wire is the appropriate thickness and durable for outdoor use. I'm very pleased with this product.

These worked really well. If they had a full day of sun they would stay on all night long. With a partial day of sun, they would last a few hours in the evening which is fine with me. Only on days when it was snowing all day did they not come on at all. I really like the sensor that turns them on at dusk. It was really nice to not worry about finding a place to plug my lights in.

Bright, good colors, and the choice of light patterns is a real plus. I knew its length in feet before I bought it, so no surprises there, but be sure to note the length. No, it doesn't last all night, but I did not expect it too, nor did I want it too. It's for Christmas cheer while most neighbors are awake. Duration? Not sure but I'd guess ~5 hours, and where I use it has little direct sunlight. I can't give it 5 stars because I don't know how many years it will last.

These are surprisingly good quality considering how affordable they were. They lasted well into the night and were very vibrant. Would buy again.

These lights work very well, hang them up outside, put the solar panel so it faces the sun and theylight up every night rain or shine and you don't have to do anything else.Highly recommended!!!

After using these lights for a season, there are several pros. They are nice and bright on a full charge, seem reasonably well-built and, as advertised, run on solar power.The main con is that the sensor that tells the set that it's dark and it's time to turn on is 1) very sensitive and 2) mounted on the solar collector (which you'll want to place in an unobscured sunny spot to collect the most power).Because of the light conditions where I live, with a streetlight nearby, my set almost never turned itself on until long after sundown - like 9 p.m. or later. I solved the problem after the first few nights by putting a garden glove over the sensor when I was ready for the lights to power up.It's a small inconvenience, but annoying to have to kludge a new product. It also kinda made our overall display - which includes several conventional electric lights plugged into their own light-sensitive timer - look a little messy.If I had it to do over, I'd either use only sets like this one or only conventional plug-in sets - not mix them. And I might buy a different set unless I knew my yard would be quite dark after sundown.

Work good , last all night with good sun . Wish they were slightly brighter but they work .
