I bought this to help with my posture and neck pain caused by too many years hunched over a computer screen, laptop, iPhone.This size of foam roller is recommended on YouTube by a few chiropractors & physical therapists. Its good for lying on your back along your spine and stretching your shoulders downwards. My neck feels better (and more flexible) after a few minutes on the roller. I try to do the exercises 2-3 times a day.This particular model is well made and quite firm. At first it was very uncomfortable, but now after about 3 weeks I've got used to it and its feels a little bit softer.Highly recommended.

Good Quality. As described. Is a little too firm to begin with but will persevere with short rolling until used to it. Company doesn't sell the less dense version (often white) and other reviews etc have said that the softer version soon flattens and deforms. However, according to some web references and reviews, including my physio, a less dense 10mm roller might be suitable start for rehab patients and older more frail people. Professional friendly seller with good communication and web information. Am happy with my purchase.

I bought this maximo roller after it being recommended by my physio. I am in recovery from Breast cancer, and by using this roller I have been able to complete exercises which open my chest and prevent scar tissue from building up.It's recommended for yoga moves which I have also recently started.Great product, great price and easy to store at home. My intention is to take it to work with me to complete my exercises through the day because it's that easy.

Very happy with this product. It's firm and doesn't distort easily.I have owned other rollers that have become oblong after a couple of uses, shape retention was number 1 on my requirements list.

This roller was exactly as described. The length is great and enable you to lie full length along the spine. I followed a couple of exercises on the sheet that came with the roller and found them to be easy to do and felt good, especially the upper back. I did follow the sheet to roll my IT band, which was excruciating. I then went on line and on a few websites it said you should never roll on your IT band. Lesson learnt after a couple of days limping.The roller is very well made and should last for years, and I am pleased with the purchase.

The roller is well made and very light. The longer length is perfect for lying on spine to base of neck to relax back as well as for other excercises. Comes with a helpful video sent via Amazon and also good easy to use instructions.

My osteopath suggested geting this and practising some exercises for my back. It has really worked well. Arrived early in a large box buttherefore not damaged. It is firm and a good size for me to balance right along. Great buy.

I play a lot of tennis and find the roller at Pilates really great for getting those knotty bits. This prompted me to buy my own roller.Its just the right length and diameter for stretching my back and getting to those muscles that are hard to reach.The roller comes with ideas for stretches, which is helpful. I also appreciated the seller emailing me directly with photos of the stretches in a PDF.Good service too.
