Arrived quickly and as described

I thought I was ordering Sodium Hypochlorite 12 / 15% so I was surprised to find no hazard warning signs on the outer packaging or on the product when it arrived. The reference in the product information to "concentrated at 15%" is confusing - it certainly does not refer to chlorine concentration. Not surprisingly the product was much less effective than Sodium Hypochlorite liquid chlorine in clearing my pool after the winter shutdown.
